鋁土礦尾礦除雜及合成剛玉-莫來石研究

【摘要】:為了開發(fā)鋁土礦尾礦利用的新途徑,采用低鈣燒結(jié)法對鋁土礦尾礦進(jìn)行除雜處理,然后制備剛玉-莫來石耐火材料,主要研究了鋁土礦尾礦-氫氧化鈉-碳酸鈣混合料的鈣比(n(CaO)/[n(SiO_2)+n(TiO_2)])、堿比([n(Na_2O)+n(K_2O)]/[n(Al2O3)+n(SiO_2)+n(Fe_2O_3)])和煅燒溫度(950~1 250℃)對雜質(zhì)去除效果的影響,以及在用除雜后的鋁土礦尾礦合成剛玉-莫來石材料時合成溫度(1 300~1 500℃)對合成材料物相組成的影響。結(jié)果表明:1)低鈣燒結(jié)法除雜的最佳條件是鈣比、堿比均為1.0,在1 150℃保溫2 h燒結(jié);經(jīng)最佳條件燒結(jié)后,熟料中Al_2O_3的溶出率為88.40%,SiO_2、Fe_2O_3、TiO_2的去除率分別為59.02%、98.65%、98.57%。2)以除雜后的鋁土礦尾礦為原料合成剛玉-莫來石復(fù)相材料時,最佳合成溫度為1 500℃。
[Abstract]:In order to develop a new way to utilize bauxite tailings, a low calcium sintering method was used to treat bauxite tailings and then corundum mullite refractories were prepared.
