基于油水污染機(jī)理的動(dòng)態(tài)膜清洗實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:制備α-Al_2O_3管狀陶瓷膜基ZrO_2動(dòng)態(tài)膜并將其用于油水乳化液的分離,對(duì)該過程的污染機(jī)理進(jìn)行分析后,選擇四種清洗劑對(duì)污染膜進(jìn)行多方案清洗實(shí)驗(yàn),通過理論分析確定了最佳清洗順序,即"堿洗→吐溫80→酸洗→檸檬酸"。單步清洗實(shí)驗(yàn)中,考察不同清洗劑濃度下的膜通量恢復(fù)率,確定各清洗劑的最佳清洗濃度與時(shí)間,清洗后滲透通量恢復(fù)情況為:氯化氫氫氧化鈉檸檬酸吐溫80;多步清洗試驗(yàn)表明,四步清洗效果最好,通量恢復(fù)率達(dá)到了79.8%;根據(jù)重復(fù)清洗試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,結(jié)合過濾阻力模型計(jì)算和紅外測試分析,確定動(dòng)態(tài)膜基膜能循環(huán)使用3~4次。研究結(jié)果對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)膜的清洗復(fù)用提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The 偽 -Al _ 2O _ 3 tubular ceramic membrane ZrO_2 dynamic membrane was prepared and used in the separation of oil-water emulsion. After analyzing the pollution mechanism of the process, four cleaning agents were selected to carry out multi-scheme cleaning experiments on the contaminated film. The optimal cleaning sequence was determined by theoretical analysis, namely "alkali washing, Tween 80, acid pickling and citric acid". In the single-step cleaning experiment, the recovery rate of membrane flux under different concentration of cleaning agent was investigated, and the optimum cleaning concentration and time of each cleaning agent were determined. The recovery of permeation flux after cleaning is as follows: Tween 80, sodium hydroxide chloride citric acid, multi-step cleaning test shows that the effect of four-step cleaning is the best, and the flux recovery rate reaches 79.8. According to the results of repeated cleaning test, Combined with filtration resistance model calculation and infrared test analysis, it was determined that the dynamic membrane substrate could be recycled for 3 times. The results provide the basis for the cleaning and reuse of dynamic film.
