【摘要】:液相消解是回收丁辛醇銠催化劑廢液中銠的一種重要方法,通常消解液中除銠離子、氯離子外,還有硫酸根、磷酸根以及鐵、鎳、鈣等賤金屬離子。探索了一種丁辛醇廢銠催化劑消解液制備高純?nèi)然櫟墓に嚒J紫?消解液在一定條件下加入過量氯化鋇過濾除去硫酸根,濾液在一定條件下加入過量鉬酸銨過濾除去磷酸根,所得濾液調(diào)節(jié)酸度后經(jīng)氫型陽離子交換樹脂除去Fe、Ni、Ca、Ba等陽離子雜質(zhì),蒸發(fā)濃縮干燥得到高純度三氯化銠,雜質(zhì)元素總量小于0.05%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)),銠回收率大于99%。
[Abstract]:Liquid phase digestion is an important method to recover rhodium from the waste liquid of butyl octanol rhodium catalyst. Besides rhodium ion, chloride ion, sulfate radical, phosphate radical and base metal ions such as iron, nickel, calcium, etc. The preparation of high purity rhodium trichloride from spent rhodium catalyst solution with butyl octanol was studied. First of all, excess barium chloride filter is added to the solution under certain conditions to remove sulfate radical, and excess ammonium molybdate filter is added to the filtrate under certain conditions to remove phosphate radical. After adjusting the acidity of the filtrate, the cationic impurity such as Fegni and Caobium Ba were removed by hydrogen exchange resin, and the high purity rhodium trichloride was obtained by evaporating and drying. The total impurity content was less than 0.05 (mass fraction, the recovery rate of rhodium was greater than 99%).
