【摘要】：設(shè)計了一種新型的7 kW燃料電池測試平臺。西門子SIMATIC S7-1200 PLC作為主控制器,對實驗臺進(jìn)行安全穩(wěn)定控制。對于氫氣露點溫度的控制,采用了神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制算法。以多變量輸入和多點加熱的方式,很好地解決了露點溫度困難和冷凝水問題。該實驗平臺具有模擬實際工況功能,可根據(jù)負(fù)載變化自動調(diào)整各個變量以達(dá)到合理的值。使用LABVIEW軟件設(shè)計了界面友好,功能強(qiáng)大的上位機(jī)軟件。上位機(jī)軟件與主控制器通過Modbus TCP協(xié)議通訊。
[Abstract]:A new 7 kW fuel cell test platform is designed. Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200 PLC is used as the main controller to control the safety and stability of the test bench. The neural network control algorithm is used to control the temperature of hydrogen dew point. The problem of dew-point temperature and condensate water is well solved by multi-variable input and multi-point heating. The experimental platform has the function of simulating the actual working conditions and can automatically adjust each variable according to the load change to reach a reasonable value. Use LABVIEW software to design a friendly interface, powerful PC software. The host computer software communicates with the main controller through Modbus TCP protocol.
