對稱型固體氧化物燃料電池電極材料的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:固體氧化物燃料電池(SOFCs)是一種高效,清潔的能量轉(zhuǎn)換裝置,傳統(tǒng)的SOFCs工作溫度高,成本高都制約其商業(yè)化發(fā)展,所以發(fā)展中低溫,低成本的新型電極材料迫在眉睫。而對稱型SOFCs可有效的降低成本,且在陽極通過采用鈣鈦礦和類鈣鈦礦結(jié)構(gòu)的電極材料,在還原氣氛中有較高的抗積碳和抗硫毒化性能,但催化性能,導(dǎo)電率和穩(wěn)定性都比傳統(tǒng)陽極差。因此,高導(dǎo)電率和高催化活性的對稱SOFCs電極材料的研究非常關(guān)鍵。本文將圍繞對稱型SOFCs的電極材料作系統(tǒng)的研究。本文設(shè)計并合成了中溫La0.66Ca0.4Fe1-xNixO3-δ(x=0.4,0.6,0.8)(LCFN)的電極材料有著優(yōu)異的氧化還原結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性,較高的電導(dǎo)率和優(yōu)秀的氧還原催化活性,且與Ceo.8Sm0.201.9(SDC)有良好的結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性和化學(xué)兼容性。LCFN0.2的電導(dǎo)率在200S cm-1以上,LCFN0.2|SDC|LCFN0.2對稱電池的極化阻抗在800℃為0.22Ω cm2。以LCFN0.2-30SDC為電極的對稱電池的極化電阻在800℃為0.145Ωcm2,說明SDC的加入提高了對稱電池的性能。LCFN0.2-30SDC單電池在800℃下的功率密度為141mWcm2,表明其確實是一種具有發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ腟OFCs電極候選材料。通過浸潰的方法制備電極來改善電極性能。LCFN中的鐵鎳元素在800℃下的還原氣氛中從晶格中析出,主要以(γFe,Ni)的形式存在,將有效的提高陽極的氫氣氧化催化性能。通過30SDC-infiltratedLCFN為電極制備對成型固體氧化物燃料電池,在800℃下的峰值功率密度為302 mW cm-2。在在800℃下,140h的長期測試后其PPD穩(wěn)定在225 mWcm-2,且在隨后的H2-air的循環(huán)氣氛中保持這個數(shù)值。研究了類鈣鈦礦結(jié)構(gòu)P2NiO4的電極材料在對稱型SOFCs中的應(yīng)用。該材料具有優(yōu)異的氧化還原結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性,較高的電導(dǎo)率和優(yōu)越的電化學(xué)催化活性。其在還原氣氛中還原后,通過XRD,SEM和EDS的分析,PNO中的部分Ni元素在還原氣氛中會原位還原至PNO的骨架之上,這些納米金屬Ni顆粒均勻的依附在陽極骨架上,有效的提高了陽極對氫氣氧化的催化性能。40SDC-infiltratedPNO對稱電池的極化電阻在800℃為0.06Ωcm2,在800℃下的峰值功率密度為356mWcm-2。同時,在356mAcm-2的電流密度中,168h的氫氣氣氛中PPD保持穩(wěn)定,并且該電池的熱震性和氧化還原循環(huán)氣氛實驗中都保持著較好的穩(wěn)定性,表明PNO也是是一種非常有發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ膶ΨQ型SOFCs電極候選材料。
[Abstract]:Solid-oxide fuel cell (SOFCs) is an efficient and clean energy conversion device. The high operating temperature and high cost of traditional SOFCs restrict its commercial development, so it is urgent to develop new electrode materials with low temperature and low cost. Symmetrical SOFCs can effectively reduce the cost, and by using perovskite and perovskite-like structure electrode materials, it has high resistance to carbon deposition and sulfur poisoning in reducing atmosphere, but has catalytic performance. The conductivity and stability of the anode are worse than those of the traditional anode. Therefore, the study of symmetric SOFCs electrode materials with high conductivity and high catalytic activity is very important. In this paper, the electrode materials of symmetric SOFCs are systematically studied. In this paper, the electrode materials of La0.66Ca0.4Fe1-xNixO3- 未 -0.4O0.40.6O0.8LCFN) have excellent redox structure stability, high conductivity and excellent catalytic activity for oxygen reduction, the electrode materials have been designed and synthesized at moderate temperature. The electrode materials of La0.66Ca0.4Fe1-xNixO3- 未 have excellent redox structure stability and excellent catalytic activity for oxygen reduction. It has good structural stability and chemical compatibility with Ceo.8Sm0.201.9SDC.The conductivity of LCFN0.2 is above 200s cm-1 and the polarization impedance of LCFN0.2 SDC LCFN0.2 symmetric cell is 0.22 惟 cm2 at 800 鈩,
