硫酸銅脫水-熱解制備氧化銅的研究

【摘要】:以五水硫酸銅為原料,通過脫水和熱解兩個步驟制備氧化銅。采用熱重分析、X射線衍射和化學(xué)分析研究了五水硫酸銅的脫水和熱解過程。研究結(jié)果表明,五水硫酸銅脫水過程分為3個階段,第一階段和第二階段分別脫去2個結(jié)晶水,第三階段脫去1個結(jié)晶水,將五水硫酸銅在300℃加熱1 h可以脫除全部結(jié)晶水;將硫酸銅磨碎至粒度為180~250μm,在800℃熱解1 h,所得氧化銅的純度大于99%。
[Abstract]:Copper oxide was prepared from copper sulfate pentahydrate by dehydration and pyrolysis. The dehydration and pyrolysis of copper sulfate pentahydrate were studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and chemical analysis. The results show that the dehydration process of cupric sulfate pentahydrate is divided into three stages. In the first stage and the second stage, two crystalline water are removed, and one crystal water is removed in the third stage. All the crystalline water can be removed by heating copper sulfate pentahydrate for 1 hour at 300 鈩,
