【摘要】:本文研究了延長石油化工廠循環(huán)水水質(zhì)穩(wěn)定技術(shù),主要目的是為了提高工業(yè)水的利用率,節(jié)約用水,節(jié)約企業(yè)設(shè)備維護(hù)費(fèi)用。循環(huán)冷卻水在使用之后,水中的Ca2+、Mg2+、Cl-等離子,溶解固體和懸浮物相應(yīng)增加,空氣中污染物如灰塵、雜物、可溶性氣體以及換熱器物料泄漏等,均可進(jìn)入循環(huán)冷卻水,使循環(huán)冷卻水系統(tǒng)中的設(shè)備和管道腐蝕、結(jié)垢,造成換熱器傳熱效率降低,過水?dāng)嗝鏈p少,甚至使設(shè)備管道腐蝕穿孔。要解決循環(huán)冷卻水系統(tǒng)中的這些問題,必須進(jìn)行綜合治理。采用水質(zhì)穩(wěn)定技術(shù),用物理與化學(xué)處理相結(jié)合的辦法控制和改善水質(zhì),使循環(huán)冷卻水系統(tǒng)中的腐蝕、結(jié)垢、微生物污垢得到有效的解決,從而取得節(jié)水、節(jié)能的良好效益。論文通過水質(zhì)分析、腐蝕速率測定、粘附速率的測定等,得到了針對延長石油化工廠循環(huán)水水質(zhì)的處理藥劑體系。結(jié)果表明,用WTS-306做清洗液主劑、WTS-709B做清洗緩蝕劑得到的清洗液對鐵銹及垢的清洗能力強(qiáng)、清洗條件簡單易行,清洗時的腐蝕速率可控制在≤2.89 g/m2.h;采用WTS-506,使用濃度為1.0%,使用條件為:pH9.0~10.0,采用一步法在短時間內(nèi)就可完成鈍化處理;采用緩蝕阻垢劑WGT-901進(jìn)行處理后,可使鍋爐水對碳鋼腐蝕率降到0.0127 mm/a以下、粘附速率為1.12MCM,使蒸汽、冷凝水系統(tǒng)中的碳鋼腐蝕速率控制在0.031mm/a以下。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the technology of water quality stabilization of circulating water in Yanchang Petrochemical Plant is studied. The main purpose is to improve the utilization rate of industrial water, save water and save the maintenance cost of enterprise equipment. After the circulating cooling water is used, the Ca2 Mg2 Cl-plasma, dissolved solids and suspended solids increase correspondingly, and pollutants in the air such as dust, sundries, soluble gases and heat exchanger materials leak into the circulating cooling water. The equipments and pipes in the circulating cooling water system are corroded and fouled, which results in the decrease of heat transfer efficiency of heat exchanger, the reduction of cross section and even the corrosion and perforation of equipment pipes. In order to solve these problems in circulating cooling water system, comprehensive treatment must be carried out. By using water quality stabilization technology and combining physical and chemical treatment to control and improve water quality, corrosion, scaling and microbial fouling in circulating cooling water system can be effectively solved, thus achieving good benefit of saving water and saving energy. Through the analysis of water quality, the determination of corrosion rate and the determination of adhesion rate, the treatment agent system for the water quality of circulating water in oil and chemical plant was obtained. The results showed that the cleaning solution obtained by using WTS-306 as the main cleaning agent and WTS-709B as cleaning inhibitor had strong cleaning ability to rust and scale, and the cleaning conditions were simple and practical.
