【摘要】:多元硫?qū)倩衔锞哂歇?dú)特的結(jié)構(gòu)和良好的光電性能而廣泛應(yīng)用于半導(dǎo)體及光伏材料領(lǐng)域。二維層狀結(jié)構(gòu)化合物具有獨(dú)特的物理化學(xué)性質(zhì),近幾年引起研究者們極大的關(guān)注。在這類化合物中引入功能性有機(jī)成分,可以豐富硫化物材料的結(jié)構(gòu),改善性能,使其顯示出更多優(yōu)異的特性。本課題是采用溶劑熱方法,將具有良好光、電性能的有機(jī)分子片段引入無(wú)機(jī)化合物結(jié)構(gòu),形成二維有機(jī)-無(wú)機(jī)雜化硫?qū)倩衔?研究其組成、結(jié)構(gòu)和光電響應(yīng)等性能。一、緒論部分對(duì)硫?qū)倩衔锏娜軇岷铣蛇M(jìn)展做了簡(jiǎn)要回顧,簡(jiǎn)單描述硫?qū)倩衔锏慕Y(jié)構(gòu)類型;并重點(diǎn)對(duì)近年來(lái)多元硫?qū)倩衔锏暮铣伞⒔Y(jié)構(gòu)及性質(zhì)進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要概述;最后對(duì)二維硫?qū)倩衔镞M(jìn)行較為詳細(xì)的介紹。二、用溶劑熱方法,以功能性金屬鄰菲羅啉配合物作為結(jié)構(gòu)導(dǎo)向劑和電荷平衡劑,合成了具有獨(dú)特二維結(jié)構(gòu)的In-Sn-Q(Q=S,Se)三元主族元素硫?qū)倩衔颷Fe(Phen)_3][(In/Sn)_4S_8]·0.5(Dah)·2H_2O(1),[Fe(Phen)_3][(In/Sn)_4Se8]·0.5(Dah)·2H_2O(2),[Co(Phen)_3][(In/Sn)_4Se_8]·0.5(Cha)·2H_2O(3)。化合物的陰離子骨架是一種In和Sn的固溶體硫?qū)倩衔?具有二維大孔洞的結(jié)構(gòu),[M(phen)_3]~(2+)作為電荷平衡劑嵌在陰離子層之間,其中,鄰菲羅啉配合物部分穿插在大孔洞中,起到了孔洞結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定化作用。由于陽(yáng)離子的MLCT電荷轉(zhuǎn)移,使得三種化合物在可見(jiàn)光區(qū)都具有特殊的光譜吸收帶;且[M(phen)_3]~(2+)作為光敏化劑存在于化合物中,導(dǎo)致化合物具有較好的光電響應(yīng)。三、用溶劑熱方法,以共軛體系的苯胺(AN)作結(jié)構(gòu)導(dǎo)向劑,合成一類新型的有機(jī)-無(wú)機(jī)雜化材料Zn S(AN)n.這種材料具有無(wú)機(jī)層與有機(jī)層交替二維結(jié)構(gòu),基本形式為Zn S-(AN)n-Zn S。這種材料的形貌主要為片狀微晶,其成分、形貌及性質(zhì)隨反應(yīng)時(shí)間的變化而變化,論文對(duì)此進(jìn)行了充分的討論。當(dāng)反應(yīng)時(shí)間較短,所得化合物為薄片狀Zn S(AN)n時(shí),化合物的光電響應(yīng)最好。
[Abstract]:Polysulfide compounds have been widely used in semiconductor and photovoltaic materials due to their unique structure and good photoelectric properties. Due to their unique physical and chemical properties, two-dimensional layered compounds have attracted much attention in recent years. The introduction of functional organic components in this kind of compounds can enrich the structure of sulfide materials, improve their properties and make them show more excellent properties. In this paper, solvothermal method is used to introduce organic molecules with good optical and electrical properties into inorganic compounds to form two-dimensional organic-inorganic hybrid sulfur compounds. The composition, structure and photoelectric response of these compounds are studied. The main contents are as follows: 1. The introduction gives a brief review of the progress in the solvothermal synthesis of sulfur compounds, briefly describes the structural types of sulfur compounds, and focuses on the synthesis, structure and properties of polysulfide compounds in recent years.
