【摘要】:多元硫?qū)倩衔锞哂歇毺氐慕Y(jié)構(gòu)和良好的光電性能而廣泛應用于半導體及光伏材料領(lǐng)域。二維層狀結(jié)構(gòu)化合物具有獨特的物理化學性質(zhì),近幾年引起研究者們極大的關(guān)注。在這類化合物中引入功能性有機成分,可以豐富硫化物材料的結(jié)構(gòu),改善性能,使其顯示出更多優(yōu)異的特性。本課題是采用溶劑熱方法,將具有良好光、電性能的有機分子片段引入無機化合物結(jié)構(gòu),形成二維有機-無機雜化硫?qū)倩衔?研究其組成、結(jié)構(gòu)和光電響應等性能。一、緒論部分對硫?qū)倩衔锏娜軇岷铣蛇M展做了簡要回顧,簡單描述硫?qū)倩衔锏慕Y(jié)構(gòu)類型;并重點對近年來多元硫?qū)倩衔锏暮铣伞⒔Y(jié)構(gòu)及性質(zhì)進行簡要概述;最后對二維硫?qū)倩衔镞M行較為詳細的介紹。二、用溶劑熱方法,以功能性金屬鄰菲羅啉配合物作為結(jié)構(gòu)導向劑和電荷平衡劑,合成了具有獨特二維結(jié)構(gòu)的In-Sn-Q(Q=S,Se)三元主族元素硫?qū)倩衔颷Fe(Phen)_3][(In/Sn)_4S_8]·0.5(Dah)·2H_2O(1),[Fe(Phen)_3][(In/Sn)_4Se8]·0.5(Dah)·2H_2O(2),[Co(Phen)_3][(In/Sn)_4Se_8]·0.5(Cha)·2H_2O(3);衔锏年庪x子骨架是一種In和Sn的固溶體硫?qū)倩衔?具有二維大孔洞的結(jié)構(gòu),[M(phen)_3]~(2+)作為電荷平衡劑嵌在陰離子層之間,其中,鄰菲羅啉配合物部分穿插在大孔洞中,起到了孔洞結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定化作用。由于陽離子的MLCT電荷轉(zhuǎn)移,使得三種化合物在可見光區(qū)都具有特殊的光譜吸收帶;且[M(phen)_3]~(2+)作為光敏化劑存在于化合物中,導致化合物具有較好的光電響應。三、用溶劑熱方法,以共軛體系的苯胺(AN)作結(jié)構(gòu)導向劑,合成一類新型的有機-無機雜化材料Zn S(AN)n.這種材料具有無機層與有機層交替二維結(jié)構(gòu),基本形式為Zn S-(AN)n-Zn S。這種材料的形貌主要為片狀微晶,其成分、形貌及性質(zhì)隨反應時間的變化而變化,論文對此進行了充分的討論。當反應時間較短,所得化合物為薄片狀Zn S(AN)n時,化合物的光電響應最好。
[Abstract]:Polysulfide compounds have been widely used in semiconductor and photovoltaic materials due to their unique structure and good photoelectric properties. Due to their unique physical and chemical properties, two-dimensional layered compounds have attracted much attention in recent years. The introduction of functional organic components in this kind of compounds can enrich the structure of sulfide materials, improve their properties and make them show more excellent properties. In this paper, solvothermal method is used to introduce organic molecules with good optical and electrical properties into inorganic compounds to form two-dimensional organic-inorganic hybrid sulfur compounds. The composition, structure and photoelectric response of these compounds are studied. The main contents are as follows: 1. The introduction gives a brief review of the progress in the solvothermal synthesis of sulfur compounds, briefly describes the structural types of sulfur compounds, and focuses on the synthesis, structure and properties of polysulfide compounds in recent years.
