【摘要】：大型耐磨水泥輥套在制造過程中,成品率較低,熱裂紋突出。對裂紋的形態(tài)、組織進行了分析及實驗室模擬。裂紋形態(tài)有角裂紋、槽底裂紋、結(jié)合層裂紋。對裂紋產(chǎn)生的機理進行分析,并對關鍵參數(shù)進行修正。工藝改進后,三種裂紋缺陷率下降90%以上。產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量得到提升,成本降低。
[Abstract]:In the manufacturing process of large wear resistant cement roller sleeve, the yield of finished product is low and the hot crack is prominent. The morphology and microstructure of the crack were analyzed and simulated in laboratory. The crack form has angular crack, groove bottom crack and bond layer crack. The mechanism of crack generation is analyzed and the key parameters are corrected. After the improvement of the process, the defect rate of three kinds of cracks decreased by more than 90%. The quality of the product is improved and the cost is reduced.
