【摘要】：以鉬精礦為原料,改變傳統(tǒng)多段酸浸多次水洗除鐵工藝,通過加入自制的復(fù)合助溶劑,采用低溫常壓一段酸浸一次水洗方法,將二硫化鉬中鐵的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)由1.0%左右降至0.10%以下。最佳的反應(yīng)溫度為75℃,反應(yīng)時間為2.5 h,助溶劑用量為9%(以鉬精礦質(zhì)量計)。產(chǎn)品按GB/T 23271—2009《二硫化鉬》方法檢測,產(chǎn)品中Mo、Fe、MoO_3的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)分別為57.8%、0.04%、0.05%,酸值為(酸值為中和脂肪、脂肪油或其他類似物質(zhì)1 g中含有的游離脂肪酸所需氫氧化鉀的質(zhì)量,mg)0.03 mg/g,總收率為96.5%。
[Abstract]:Using the molybdenum concentrate as the raw material, the traditional multi acid leaching process of water washing and removing iron is changed. The mass fraction of iron in molybdenum disulfide is reduced from about 1% to less than 0.10% by adding the self-made compound cosolvent, the mass fraction of iron in molybdenum disulfide is reduced from about 1% to 0.10%. The optimum reaction temperature is 75, the reaction time is 2.5, and the dosage of the cosolvent is 9%. The product is measured by GB/T 23271 - 2009< molybdenum disulfide method. The mass fraction of Mo, Fe, and MoO_3 in the product is 57.8%, 0.04%, 0.05% respectively. The acid value is the mass of the potassium hydroxide for the free fatty acid contained in the 1 g of the fatty oil or other similar substances, Mg) 0.03 mg/g, with the total yield of 96.5%.
