草酸鹽濕式沉淀-煅燒分解法制備四氧化三鈷及其表征

【摘要】:以氯化鈷、草酸銨為原料,吐溫80(Tween-80)為表面活性劑,通過濕式沉淀法合成氧化鈷的前驅(qū)體,再通過熱分解制備四氧化三鈷。采用掃描電鏡、X射線衍射儀、熱分析儀分析了鈷氧化物前驅(qū)體和鈷氧化物的形貌、晶體結(jié)構(gòu)和熱分解等特征。結(jié)果表明:以草酸鹽為沉淀劑制得的鈷氧化物前驅(qū)體為CoC_2O_4·2H_2O,前驅(qū)體于600℃煅燒4 h后可得到較純的四氧化三鈷粉末,并且基本保持了前驅(qū)體原來的形貌,仍為針(棒)狀,粒子邊緣變得光滑。
[Abstract]:Cobalt oxide precursor was synthesized by wet precipitation with cobalt chloride and ammonium oxalate as raw materials and Tween-80 (Tween-80) as surfactant. Cobalt tetroxide was prepared by thermal decomposition. The morphology, crystal structure and thermal decomposition of cobalt oxide precursor and cobalt oxide were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that the precursor of cobalt oxide prepared by oxalate as precipitant is CoC_2O_4 _ 2H _ 2O. After calcined at 600 鈩,
