氨法浸出氧化鋅煙塵制取活性氧化鋅

【摘要】:為實(shí)現(xiàn)冶鋅廢渣中鋅資源的再利用,以商洛煉鋅廠冶鋅過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的氧化鋅煙塵為原料,采用氨法浸出-微波蒸氨-火法焙解工藝制得粒度分布均勻的球狀活性氧化鋅.對(duì)鋅的浸出工藝及氧化鋅前驅(qū)體的熱解工藝進(jìn)行研究,并利用TG/DTA、XRD、SEM等測(cè)試手段對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)及物相表征.研究表明,氨法浸出過(guò)程中總氨濃度為8 mol/L、pH為10.0、液固比為4∶1、浸出溫度為40℃時(shí),鋅的浸出率最高可達(dá)92.05%.浸出液經(jīng)兩段凈化除雜后,80℃下蒸氨25 min時(shí),制得前驅(qū)體堿式碳酸鋅.在400℃焙解120 min制得平均粒徑約為3μm,六方晶系的球狀活性氧化鋅.此法對(duì)設(shè)備要求不高,生產(chǎn)成本低,工藝流程短,具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性.
[Abstract]:In order to realize the reuse of zinc resources in the waste residue of zinc smelting, zinc oxide dust produced in the zinc smelting process of Shangluo Zinc Refining Plant was used as raw material to prepare spherical active zinc oxide with uniform particle size distribution by ammonia leaching microwave evaporation ammonia pyrolysis process. The leaching process of zinc and pyrolysis of zinc oxide precursor were studied. The structure and phase of the product were characterized by TG / DTAXRDX SEM.
