電流退火及長(zhǎng)度對(duì)玻璃包裹絲GMI效應(yīng)的影響

【摘要】:采用高頻感應(yīng)加熱熔融快淬法制各了Fe_(73.5)Cu_(1.0)Nb_(3.0)Si_(13.5)B_9非晶玻璃包裹絲.首先對(duì)制備態(tài)包裹絲進(jìn)行電流退火,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)電流密度為4.2×10~7 A/m~2時(shí),退火得到的玻璃包裹絲性能最佳,原因是此時(shí)有合適的納米晶體積比例.進(jìn)而研究了長(zhǎng)度對(duì)其磁性和巨磁阻抗效應(yīng)的影響.結(jié)果表明,隨著長(zhǎng)度的減小,微絲的各項(xiàng)異性場(chǎng)增大,磁阻抗比減小,采用退磁場(chǎng)模型給予了合理解釋.
[Abstract]:Using high frequency induction heating melt quench method Fe_ (73.5) Cu_ (1) Nb_ (3) Si_ (13.5) B_9 amorphous glass coated wire. Firstly deposited wire current annealing, the current density is 4.2 * 10~7 A/m~2, obtained by annealing microwires best performance. The reason is nanocrystalline volume ratio of the right. Then study the influence on the length of the magnetic properties and giant magneto impedance effect. The results show that with the length of the reduced anisotropy field increases actin filaments, GMI ratio decreases, the demagnetizing field model is explained.
