【摘要】：采用中間介質(zhì)的廠際熱集成可以有效地回收系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的余熱資源,大大降低能耗,而廠際間中間介質(zhì)循環(huán)的連接方式關(guān)系到最大熱回收潛力和投資成本的大小。本文在中間介質(zhì)循環(huán)串聯(lián)、分流和并聯(lián)3種基本的連接方式的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了串并結(jié)合的連接方式,并介紹了其廠際位移復合曲線和中間介質(zhì)線的形成。選取的案例表明:串并結(jié)合模式的最大熱回收潛力可以高于串聯(lián)和分流式,甚至可以與3種基本連接方式中熱回收潛力最大的并聯(lián)式相當;中間介質(zhì)循環(huán)管線的成本隨廠際間距離的不同而變化,應(yīng)根據(jù)其距離特點選取合適的連接方式。
[Abstract]:The interplant heat integration with intermediate medium can effectively recover the waste heat resources in the system and greatly reduce the energy consumption. The connection mode of interplant intermediate medium cycle is related to the maximum heat recovery potential and investment cost.On the basis of three basic connection modes of intermediate medium cycle series, shunt and parallel connection, this paper puts forward the connection mode of series-parallel connection, and introduces the composite curve of interplant displacement and the formation of intermediate medium line.The selected cases show that the maximum heat recovery potential of the series-union mode can be higher than that of the series and shunt modes, and can even be equivalent to the parallel model with the greatest heat recovery potential among the three basic connection modes.The cost of intermediate medium circulating pipeline varies with the distance between plants. The suitable connection mode should be selected according to the distance characteristics.
