【摘要】:全球變暖、臭氧層破壞和酸雨是全球最主要的三大環(huán)境問題。其中SO_2是造成酸雨的主要原因之一。近年來,我國(guó)政府對(duì)SO_2的控制出臺(tái)了諸多相關(guān)政策。在“十一五”期間,我國(guó)將SO_2列入考核全國(guó)各地的減排指標(biāo),SO_2的排放量減少了14%。截止2015年,我國(guó)SO_2的排放量比2010年減小了8%。當(dāng)前,世界各國(guó)的脫硫技術(shù)有上百種,然而真正能用到商業(yè)中的寥寥無幾。因此,發(fā)展低成本、高性能和綠色可循環(huán)的脫硫技術(shù)是刻不容緩的。目前,基于氨法脫硫法存在氨的揮發(fā)性高和能耗高兩大主要問題,本文采用在乙二胺(EDA)中加入乙二醇(EG)及其衍生物(EGs),以氫鍵的方式與EDA結(jié)合,有效的減小了EDA的揮發(fā);同時(shí),胺為強(qiáng)堿性,與SO_2發(fā)生了的強(qiáng)烈化學(xué)反應(yīng),該EDA+EGs體系呈現(xiàn)了優(yōu)良的SO_2捕集能力(0.364~0.662 gSO_2/g吸收劑)。同時(shí),EDA+EGs體系捕集SO_2后得到了一種新穎的白色固體,命名為SO_2儲(chǔ)集材料(SO_2SM)。通過多種技術(shù)手段對(duì)其進(jìn)行表征,確定SO_2SM為一種烷基亞硫酸鹽銨鹽,加熱可以釋放出SO_2、EDA和EG。根據(jù)這一特征,本文利用SO_2SM作為原材料和類表面活性劑來制備具有附加值的BaSO_3和BaSO_4,有效的彌補(bǔ)了氨法中產(chǎn)生能耗高的問題。本文以EDA+EG體系捕集SO_2為典型的研究,用其脫硫產(chǎn)物SO_2SM制備鋇基硫酸鹽。該研究分為以下2個(gè)路線:(1)EDA+EGs體系捕集SO_2首先,對(duì)EDA與EG混合體系中分子之間的鍵合方式進(jìn)行了研究,得出了固胺機(jī)理。在室溫下,比較EDA+EGs體系之間吸收SO_2的能力,同時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)了反應(yīng)過程中吸收體系溫度和電導(dǎo)率的變化。研究通過XPS、TGA、FTIR和XRD技術(shù)表征脫硫產(chǎn)物SO_2SM,推斷出EDA+EG和SO_2反應(yīng)生成SO_2SM的反應(yīng)方程式,確定SO_2SM為烷基亞硫酸銨鹽,室溫下可以穩(wěn)定儲(chǔ)存,加熱可以釋放SO_2、EDA和EG。(2)共沉淀法制備球狀/梭形狀BaSO_3和片狀/塊狀BaSO_4在室溫下,將SO_2SM和鋇鹽水溶液直接混合后攪拌,制得直徑約為450 nm的球形顆粒;將SO_2SM水溶液緩慢滴定到鋇鹽水溶液(H2O_2作為氧化劑)中制得片狀硫酸鋇,通過改變滴加順序制得塊狀的硫酸鋇?傊,研究選用EDA+EGs體系實(shí)現(xiàn)了SO_2的高效捕集、儲(chǔ)存及利用。在無外加模板劑的情況下,利用脫硫產(chǎn)物自身所提供的類表面活性劑制備出不同形貌的硫酸鋇,這對(duì)以后SO_2的捕集研究提供了一個(gè)可供選擇的方法。
[Abstract]:Global warming, ozone depletion and acid rain are the three major environmental problems in the world.SO_2 is one of the main causes of acid rain.In recent years, our government to SO_2 control issued many related policies.During the eleventh five-year plan, China listed SO_2 as a national emission reduction target and reduced the emission of SO2 by 14%.By 2015, China's SO_2 emissions were 8% lower than in 2010.At present, there are hundreds of desulphurization technologies around the world, but few of them can be used in business.Therefore, the development of low-cost, high-performance and green cycle desulfurization technology is urgent.At present, the ammonia desulfurization process has two main problems: high ammonia volatility and high energy consumption. In this paper, the ethylenediamine ethanediamine (EDAs) and its derivative, EGSN, are combined with EDA by hydrogen bonding, which can effectively reduce the volatilization of EDA.The amines are strong alkalinity and have strong chemical reaction with SO_2. The EDA EGs system shows excellent SO_2 trapping ability of 0.364 ~ 0.662 gSO_2/g absorbent.At the same time, a novel white solid, named SO_2 storage material so _ 2SM _ 2, was obtained by trapping SO_2 in the EDA EGs system.It was confirmed that SO_2SM was a kind of alkyl sulfite ammonium salt by various technical means, so _ 2e _ (DA) and EGG could be released by heating.According to this characteristic, SO_2SM is used as raw material and surfactant to prepare BaSO_3 and BaSO4 with added value, which can effectively remedy the problem of high energy consumption in ammonia process.In this paper, the preparation of barium sulfate from EDA EG system by using SO_2SM as its desulfurization product was studied.This study can be divided into the following two routes: (1) EDA EGs system to trap SO_2. First, the bonding mode between EDA and EG mixed system was studied, and the mechanism of amine fixation was obtained.At room temperature, the ability of absorbing SO_2 between EDA EGs systems was compared, and the changes of temperature and conductivity of the system during the reaction were monitored.The reaction equation for the formation of SO_2SM from EDA EG reaction with SO_2 was deduced by using the FTIR and XRD techniques to characterize the desulphurized product SOS _ 2SM. It was determined that SO_2SM is an alkyl ammonium sulfite, which can be stably stored at room temperature.The spherical / shuttle shaped BaSO_3 and the flake / block BaSO_4 were prepared by co-precipitation method by heating SO2Che EDA and EG.Cu2) at room temperature, SO_2SM and barium salt aqueous solution were mixed directly and stirred to produce spherical particles about 450nm in diameter.The SO_2SM aqueous solution was slowly titrated into the barium salt aqueous solution (H _ 2O _ 2 as oxidant) to produce the flake barium sulfate, and the bulk barium sulfate was prepared by changing the order of dropping.In a word, EDA EGs system is used to realize the efficient capture, storage and utilization of SO_2.Barium sulfate with different morphologies was prepared by using surfactants provided by desulfurization products without additional template, which provides an alternative method for the trapping study of SO_2 in the future.
