蒼山鐵礦尾礦砂制備蒸壓加氣混凝土砌塊的研究

【摘要】:中鋼集團(tuán)山東礦業(yè)有限公司蒼山鐵礦礦石儲(chǔ)量大,屬于鞍式貧鐵礦,選礦工藝過程中尾礦砂產(chǎn)量大,粒度細(xì),硅含量高,回收難度大,回收費(fèi)用高,選礦后產(chǎn)生的尾礦砂,一部分用于礦山井下采空區(qū)的充填,其余一部分排放到地表臨時(shí)廢舊尾礦坑堆存,坑滿后再進(jìn)行覆土,但尾礦坑從征地,排放尾砂,再到后期的坑滿覆土,以及排放過程中的工程費(fèi)、管理費(fèi)用非常的高,為了解決鐵尾礦砂排放問題,更好建設(shè)和諧綠色礦山,通過對(duì)蒼山鐵礦尾礦砂綜合利用分析,提出利用蒼山鐵礦尾礦砂制備蒸壓加氣混凝土砌塊的項(xiàng)目研究,解決鐵尾礦砂的排放問題,節(jié)約建尾砂庫及回填覆土的相關(guān)工程費(fèi)用,不僅能夠改善礦區(qū)周邊生態(tài)環(huán)境,而且能使鐵尾礦砂資源得到充分的合理利用。近些年來,我國建筑行業(yè)水平的大大提高,環(huán)保、綠色的程度成為建筑業(yè)發(fā)展水平的重要標(biāo)志,環(huán)保、綠色工程的實(shí)施已蔚然成風(fēng)。非承重墻體的主要原材料也已經(jīng)由粘土磚和混凝土砌塊變成了蒸壓加氣混凝土砌塊。蒸壓加氣混凝土砌塊作為實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)約能源、節(jié)約土地、有效利用廢棄材料的新型墻體材料,使環(huán)境、資源及經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展的同時(shí),加速我們國家建筑行業(yè)的現(xiàn)代化,逐漸向產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展本文分析研究了中鋼集團(tuán)山東礦業(yè)有限公司蒼山鐵礦尾礦砂綜合利用,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行制備蒸壓加氣混凝土砌塊的研究,結(jié)果表明鐵尾礦砂制備蒸壓加氣混凝土砌塊能夠滿足國家相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及規(guī)范的要求,最后研究了利用鐵尾礦砂制備蒸壓加氣混凝土砌塊的可行性,通過研究主要得出如下結(jié)論:1)、分析當(dāng)前尾礦砂露天堆放對(duì)環(huán)境造成的嚴(yán)重危害,以及尾礦處理給礦山企業(yè)增加的成本,提出通過尾礦砂制備蒸壓加氣混凝土砌塊的必要性。2)、通過試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)分析得出,蒼山鐵礦鐵尾礦砂制備蒸壓加氣混凝土砌塊石膏最佳摻量為3%,制品符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及規(guī)范要求。3)、通過試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)分析得出,蒼山鐵礦鐵尾礦砂能夠制備蒸壓加氣混凝土砌塊,并符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及規(guī)范要求,最佳配比為,鐵尾礦:石灰:石膏:水泥=70:17:3:10。4)、分析制備蒸壓加氣混凝土砌塊項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展規(guī)劃、產(chǎn)業(yè)政策及行業(yè)準(zhǔn)入,鐵尾礦制備蒸壓加氣混凝土砌塊項(xiàng)目符合國家及山東省的中長期發(fā)展規(guī)劃,也符合國家對(duì)建筑廢棄物的綜合利用的相關(guān)規(guī)定,是國家大力扶持并鼓勵(lì)發(fā)展的項(xiàng)目。5)、分析制備蒸壓加氣混凝土砌塊項(xiàng)目的市場(chǎng)需求,蒸壓加氣混凝土砌塊是國家重點(diǎn)發(fā)展的符合節(jié)能建筑的墻體材料,具有節(jié)能環(huán)保的功效,將成為今后墻體材料的首選。6)、對(duì)年產(chǎn)30萬m3蒸壓加氣混凝土砌塊項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)效果評(píng)價(jià),項(xiàng)目總投資約為1940萬元,年消耗尾礦砂129896.9噸,年利潤1256.37萬元,投資收益率64.48%,投資回收期1.5年,綜上所述,年產(chǎn)30萬m3蒸壓加氣混凝土砌塊的生產(chǎn)線可行。
[Abstract]:The Cangshan iron ore of Shandong Mining Co., Ltd of China Iron and Steel Group has large reserves and belongs to the saddle type poor iron ore. In the process of dressing, the tailings are produced with large output, fine grain size, high silicon content, great difficulty in recovery, high recovery cost, and tailings produced after dressing.One part is used for filling the underground goaf, the other part is discharged to the surface of the ground for temporary waste tailings, and then covered with earth after the pit is full, but the tailings are filled with earth from the expropriation of land, the discharge of tailings, and the late stage of the pit.In order to solve the problem of iron tailings discharge and build a harmonious green mine, the comprehensive utilization of Cangshan iron ore tailings is analyzed.The project study of autoclaved aerated concrete block made from Cangshan Iron Mine tailings is put forward to solve the discharge problem of iron tailings and save the engineering cost of building tailings reservoir and backfill soil, which can not only improve the surrounding ecological environment of mining area.Moreover, it can make full and reasonable use of iron tailings.In recent years, the level of construction industry in China has been greatly improved, environmental protection, green degree has become an important symbol of the level of development of the construction industry, the implementation of environmental protection, green engineering has become a trend.The main raw materials of non-loadbearing wall have changed from clay brick and concrete block to autoclaved aerated concrete block.Autoclaved aerated concrete block is a new type of wall material which can save energy, save land and make effective use of waste materials, so that the environment, resources and economy can develop as a whole, and at the same time, the modernization of our country's construction industry can be accelerated.In this paper, the comprehensive utilization of Cangshan iron ore tailings in Shandong Mining Co., Ltd. Of China Iron and Steel Co., Ltd is analyzed and studied, and the preparation of autoclaved aerated concrete block is studied through experiments.The results show that autoclaved aerated concrete block prepared by iron tailings can meet the requirements of relevant national standards and codes. Finally, the feasibility of preparing autoclaved aerated concrete block with iron tailings is studied.Through the research, we draw the following conclusions: 1: 1, analyzing the serious harm to the environment caused by the open pit stowage of tailings and the increased cost of tailings treatment to the mining enterprises.The necessity of preparing autoclaved aerated concrete block by tailings is put forward.The optimum amount of gypsum of autoclaved aerated concrete block in Cangshan Iron Mine is 3, and the products meet the requirements of national standards and specifications. Through the analysis of test data, it is concluded that Cangshan Iron tailings can prepare autoclaved aerated concrete blocks.The best proportion is: iron tailings: lime: gypsum: cement 70: 17: 3: 10.4, analysis of the development plan, industrial policy and industry access for the preparation of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks,The preparation of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks from iron tailings conforms to the long-term development plan of the state and Shandong Province, and also conforms to the relevant regulations of the state on the comprehensive utilization of construction waste.Is a national support and encourage development of the project. 5, analysis of the preparation of autoclaved aerated concrete block project market demand, autoclaved aerated concrete block is the key development of the state in line with energy conservation building wall materials, with the effect of energy conservation and environmental protection,It will be the first choice of wall material in the future. The economic effect of the project with annual output of 300000 m3 autoclaved aerated concrete block will be evaluated. The total investment of the project is about 19.4 million yuan, the annual consumption of tailings is 129896.9 tons, and the annual profit is 12.5637 million yuan.The investment yield is 64.48 and the investment recovery period is 1.5 years. In summary, the production line with 300000 m3 autoclaved aerated concrete block per year is feasible.
