【摘要】：以云南省安寧市燃煤發(fā)電廠的粉煤灰為主要原材料,輔以生活污水處理廠的活性污泥和工業(yè)氧化鋁,對粉煤灰應(yīng)用于耐火行業(yè)的可行性進(jìn)行了理論分析,并通過XRD、SEM等手段進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,在使其各項(xiàng)性能基本達(dá)標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上,探索了粉煤灰耐火磚燒結(jié)的最佳溫度范圍,得到的結(jié)果主要有:粉煤灰的摻入量在68%左右,燒結(jié)溫度為1300℃時(shí)試樣氣孔率、吸水率,耐壓強(qiáng)度、抗折強(qiáng)度等性能參數(shù)達(dá)標(biāo)。XRD結(jié)果顯示,1100~1300℃范圍內(nèi),隨著溫度的升高,莫來石波峰逐漸增多,峰值強(qiáng)度逐漸增強(qiáng)。SEM觀察發(fā)現(xiàn),在1100~1300℃范圍內(nèi),隨著溫度的變化莫來石結(jié)構(gòu)逐漸由針狀變柱狀,1300℃時(shí)莫來石結(jié)構(gòu)更加緊密,1400℃時(shí),莫來石結(jié)構(gòu)松散,柱狀莫來石結(jié)構(gòu)變少。
[Abstract]:Using fly ash from coal fired power plant in Anning City, Yunnan Province as the main raw material, and with activated sludge and industrial alumina from domestic sewage treatment plant, the feasibility of the application of fly ash in refractory industry is theoretically analyzed.By means of XRDX SEM and other means, the optimum sintering temperature range of fly ash refractory brick was explored on the basis of making its properties basically up to standard.
