基于熱重分析的不同態(tài)鐵基載氧體與炭黑反應(yīng)特性的研究

【摘要】:為確定鐵基載氧體化學(xué)鏈熱解實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的輸送管路中,高溫態(tài)鐵基載氧體與炭黑混合物流動過程可能存在的副反應(yīng),利用熱重分析儀對氧化鐵、四氧化三鐵、氧化亞鐵分別及混合后與炭黑的化學(xué)反應(yīng)特性進(jìn)行研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,炭黑與氧化鐵、四氧化三鐵、氧化亞鐵的反應(yīng)開始溫度分別為520.0、653.0、667.0℃;炭黑與鐵基載氧體混合物的反應(yīng)中,氧化鐵起到主要的作用,最大失重速度為0.290 mg/min,溫度在731.8℃,因此,不同態(tài)鐵基載氧體與炭黑混合輸運(yùn)時,混合物溫度需低于520.0℃,并降低氧化鐵的殘余比例。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the possible side reactions in the flow process of the mixture of iron based oxygen carriers and carbon black in the conveying pipeline of the experimental system for the chemical chain pyrolysis of iron based oxygen carriers, the thermogravimetric analysis was used to treat iron oxide and iron trioxide.The chemical reaction characteristics of ferrous oxide and carbon black were studied.The results show that the starting temperature of the reaction between carbon black and ferric oxide, ferric oxide and ferrous oxide is 520.0653.06067.0 鈩,
