透明氧化鋁陶瓷的制備及其性能研究

【摘要】:氧化鋁陶瓷因具有耐高溫、耐腐蝕、優(yōu)良的力學(xué)、光學(xué)等物理化學(xué)性能,使其在機(jī)械、半導(dǎo)體、電子、軍工、醫(yī)學(xué)等高科技新技術(shù)領(lǐng)域擁有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。本文采用化學(xué)沉淀法引入燒結(jié)助劑Y3+,La3+和Mg2+,通過真空燒結(jié)工藝制備了透明氧化鋁陶瓷。采用密度測(cè)試、X射線衍射儀(XRD)、能譜分析儀(EDS)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、紫外紅外分光光度計(jì)及壓痕法等對(duì)樣品形貌、結(jié)構(gòu)、光學(xué)和力學(xué)性能等進(jìn)行了測(cè)試和表征,分析了燒結(jié)助劑及其引入方式對(duì)氧化鋁陶瓷光透過率的影響。此外,本文采用溶膠-凝膠法,以異丙醇鋁為原料,制備了穩(wěn)定的勃姆石溶膠,并通過旋涂法制備了氧化鋁陶瓷膜。采用傅里葉紅外光譜儀(FT-IR)、XRD、SEM及原子力顯微鏡(AFM)等分析了影響勃姆石溶膠穩(wěn)定性和成膜情況的因素。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,采用化學(xué)沉淀法引入的燒結(jié)助劑可以均勻的分布在氧化鋁陶瓷中,不存在團(tuán)聚和出現(xiàn)第二相的情況。Y3+摻量的增加可以促使氧化鋁陶瓷晶粒生長,降低其氣孔率,提高樣品的透光率。燒結(jié)助劑Mg2+,Y3+和La3+的最佳摻入量分別為0.15 wt%,0.05 wt%和0.05 wt%,該摻量時(shí)獲得的氧化鋁陶瓷樣品的晶粒尺寸均一,大小約為25-30μm,且沒有氣孔存在;其相對(duì)密度為99.62%,總透光率在350-800nm波長區(qū)域內(nèi)大于80%。此外,由于Y和Mg含量的增加對(duì)樣品的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的影響不同,使得樣品的維氏硬度隨著Y含量的增加而有所增大,Mg對(duì)樣品的維氏硬度幾乎沒有影響。采用溶膠-凝膠法配制勃姆石溶膠,當(dāng)n(Al(C3H7O)3)∶n(H2O)∶n(HNO3)=1∶100∶0.3時(shí),制備了淡藍(lán)色透明溶膠,其表現(xiàn)出最佳的穩(wěn)定性;優(yōu)化溶膠膜的熱處理工藝,防止燒結(jié)過程中膜破裂脫落,制備的膜樣品表面光滑平整,均方根粗糙度(RMS)約為3.2nm,獲得的陶瓷膜主晶相為α-Al_2O_3。
[Abstract]:Because of its high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, excellent mechanical, optical and other physical and chemical properties, alumina ceramics have a wide range of applications in new high-tech fields such as machinery, semiconductor, electronics, military industry, medicine and so on.In this paper, transparent alumina ceramics were prepared by vacuum sintering with the addition of Y _ 3 La _ 3 and Mg2 by chemical precipitation.The morphology, structure, optical and mechanical properties of the samples were measured and characterized by density measurement X ray diffractometer, energy spectrum analyzer EDSX, scanning electron microscope (SEM), UV infrared spectrophotometer and indentation method.The effects of sintering aids and their introduction methods on the optical transmittance of alumina ceramics were analyzed.In addition, stable bauxite sol was prepared by sol-gel method and aluminum isopropanol as raw material, and alumina ceramic membrane was prepared by spin-coating method.The factors influencing the stability and film formation of Bohmite sol were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR) and atomic force microscope (AFM).The results show that the sintering aids introduced by chemical precipitation method can distribute uniformly in alumina ceramics, and the increase of the content of Y3 and agglomeration can promote the grain growth and decrease the porosity of alumina ceramics.Improve the transmittance of the sample.The optimum blending amount of Mg2 Y3 and La3 is 0.15 wt% and 0.05wt%, respectively. The grain size of the alumina ceramics obtained by this addition is uniform, about 25-30 渭 m, and there is no porosity.The relative density is 99.62 and the total transmittance is greater than 80 in the 350-800nm wavelength region.In addition, the Vickers hardness of the samples increases with the increase of Y content, and mg has little effect on the Vickers hardness because the increase of Y and mg contents have different effects on the microstructure of the samples.When n(Al(C3H7O)3):n(H2O):n(HNO3)=1:100:0.3 was used, the light blue transparent sol was prepared, which showed the best stability, and the heat treatment process of the sol film was optimized to prevent the film from breaking and falling off during sintering.The surface of the prepared films is smooth and smooth, the RMS of RMS is about 3.2 nm, and the main crystal phase of the ceramic membranes is 偽 -Al _ 2O _ 3.
