【摘要】：采用優(yōu)化配合比,添加防腐阻銹劑等綜合技術(shù)措施,研究提高混凝土耐腐蝕性能的途徑,結(jié)果表明,采用Ⅰ級粉煤灰+S95級礦渣粉的雙摻技術(shù),可提高混凝土耐腐蝕性;添加NST防腐阻銹劑后,混凝土含氣量保持在4%~6%,抗凍融能力得到改善,混凝土抗氯離子滲透能力提高25%,抗硫酸鹽侵蝕能力提高20%。
[Abstract]:The ways to improve the corrosion resistance of concrete were studied by optimizing the mix ratio and adding the anticorrosive and rust inhibitor. The results show that the corrosion resistance of concrete can be improved by using the double mixing technology of grade I fly ash S95 slag powder.With the addition of NST anticorrosive and rust inhibitor, the air content of concrete is kept at 4% and 6%, the freeze-thaw resistance is improved, the permeability of concrete against chloride ion is increased by 25%, and the resistance to sulfate erosion is increased by 20%.
