【摘要】：小型空心砌塊(以下簡稱砌塊)已成為建筑空間非承重墻、框架填充墻的主導(dǎo)新型墻材之一。因此,采用陳積粉煤灰和再生混凝土骨料等質(zhì)量替代部分水泥和機(jī)制砂,制備建筑垃圾小型空心砌塊,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),隨著膠凝材料用量的增加,制品的強(qiáng)度和密度也相應(yīng)提高;當(dāng)水泥用量達(dá)到20%,陳積粉煤灰用量在5%、10%時(shí),砌塊強(qiáng)度大于10.0 MPa。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,摻加陳積粉煤灰制備強(qiáng)度大于10 MPa的砌塊是可行的。
[Abstract]:The small hollow block (hereinafter referred to as the block) has become one of the leading new wall materials for building space non-load-bearing wall and frame-filled wall.Therefore, using quality such as aged fly ash and recycled concrete aggregate instead of some cement and machine-made sand, the small hollow block of construction waste is prepared. The experimental results show that, with the increase of the amount of cementing material,The strength and density of the products also increased correspondingly, and when the cement content reached 20, the amount of fly ash aged was 5 and 10, the strength of the block was more than 10.0 MPa.The experimental results show that it is feasible to prepare blocks with strength more than 10 MPa by adding aged fly ash.
