高定向石墨塊的控制制備及其導(dǎo)熱性能影響因素研究

【摘要】:以廉價(jià)易得的高結(jié)晶度天然鱗片石墨(NG)和中間相瀝青為原料,采用中溫?zé)崮阂淮纬尚驮俑邷靥炕、石墨化處理可以制備高密度、高定向、高?dǎo)熱石墨塊體材料。XRD、SEM和PLM分析表明該石墨塊具有高度擇優(yōu)取向結(jié)構(gòu),其內(nèi)部石墨片垂直熱壓方向有序堆積排列。原料中鱗片石墨和瀝青粘結(jié)劑的組成和配比以及制備工藝參數(shù)等對所制石墨材料的面向?qū)嵝阅苡酗@著影響。采用86wt%+32目鱗片石墨和14wt%AR中間相瀝青在500℃、10 MPa下熱模壓成型的炭塊經(jīng)1000℃炭化、2800℃石墨化后樣品的熱物理綜合性能較好,其體積密度達(dá)到1.91 g/m3以上,室溫面向熱導(dǎo)率為550 W/(m·K),3000℃石墨化室溫面向熱導(dǎo)率高達(dá)620 W/(m·K)。
[Abstract]:High density and high orientation can be prepared by graphitization treatment by using low cost and easy to get high crystallinity natural flake graphite (NGG) and mesophase asphalt as raw materials.SEM and PLM analysis of high thermal conductivity graphite bulk material show that the graphite block has highly preferred orientation structure and its internal graphite sheet is arranged in the vertical hot pressing direction of ordered stacking.The composition and proportion of flake graphite and bitumen binder, as well as the preparation process parameters, have a significant effect on the thermal conductivity of the graphite materials.The thermal and physical properties of the carbon block formed by hot moulding at 500 鈩,
