改性輕骨料混凝土基本力學性能試驗研究

【摘要】:輕骨料混凝土以其輕質(zhì)、高性能,利于環(huán)境保護的特點在工程中有著廣泛的應用前景,符合現(xiàn)代可持續(xù)發(fā)展的要求。為改善輕骨料混凝土的脆性問題,提高其變形性能,采用10%~30%濃度的聚合物乳液浸泡輕骨料的方式,配制出不同聚合乳液摻量(10%、15%、20%、25%、30%)的改性輕骨料混凝土,并對其進行了立方體強度抗壓試驗、彈性模量試驗、劈裂抗拉強度試驗、軸心抗壓強度試驗。相對于輕骨料混凝土,聚合乳液摻量為10%~30%的改性輕骨料混凝土的立方體抗壓強度下降了3.75%~16.38%,彈性模量下降了9.34%~15.21%,軸心抗壓強度下降了5.16%~27.68%,但聚合乳液摻量為10%~30%的改性輕骨料混凝土的劈裂抗拉強度提高了1.31%~24.89%;根據(jù)試驗破壞特征可得,改性輕骨料混凝土的變形能力、脆性問題較輕骨料混凝土有所改善。
[Abstract]:Lightweight aggregate concrete has a wide application prospect in engineering because of its light weight, high performance and favorable environmental protection, and meets the requirements of modern sustainable development.In order to improve the brittleness of lightweight aggregate concrete and improve its deformability, the modified lightweight aggregate concrete was prepared by soaking light aggregate with 10% or 30% polymer emulsion.The cube strength compression test, elastic modulus test, splitting tensile strength test and axial compressive strength test were carried out.Compared to lightweight aggregate concrete,鑱氬悎涔蟲恫鎺洪噺涓,
