【摘要】：鍍鋅藍(lán)白鈍化膜的顏色相比彩色鈍化單一,鈍化膜的顏色更易受到金屬離子的影響,輔助成膜劑可以提高鍍鋅鈍化膜的致密性和耐蝕性,改變鈍化膜的顏色。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在三價(jià)鉻基礎(chǔ)鈍化液中添加適量的硫酸鈷,能增加藍(lán)白鈍化膜的藍(lán)色并延長(zhǎng)硫酸銅點(diǎn)滴試驗(yàn)的變色時(shí)間,但對(duì)增強(qiáng)鈍化膜的抗鹽霧性能不明顯;加入適量的氯化鎳,能改善藍(lán)白鈍化膜的外觀,但不顯著;加入0.5~2.0 g/L的鑭離子對(duì)藍(lán)白鈍化膜外觀沒有明顯的改善作用。硅酸鈉雖然能提高鈍化膜的耐蝕性,但增大了鈍化試樣的雜色,使得鈍化膜的顏色不均勻。
[Abstract]:The color of blue and white passivating film is more simple than that of color passivation. The color of passivation film is more easily influenced by metal ions. Auxiliary film forming agent can improve the compactness and corrosion resistance of passivation film and change the color of passivation film.It was found that adding appropriate amount of cobalt sulfate to trivalent chromium base passivation solution could increase the blue of blue and white passivated film and prolong the discoloration time of copper sulfate drop test, but the salt spray resistance of the film was not obvious, and the proper amount of nickel chloride was added into the film.It can improve the appearance of blue and white passivated film, but it is not significant, and the blue and white passivated film can not be improved obviously by adding 0.5g / L lanthanum ion to the blue and white passivation film.Although sodium silicate can improve the corrosion resistance of the passivating film, it increases the color of the passivated sample and makes the color of the passivation film uneven.
