纖維於泥制陶粒混凝土基本力學性能研究

【摘要】:纖維淤泥制陶粒混凝土是指以淤泥制陶粒骨料混凝土為基體材料并在其中摻入纖維而制成的新型纖維增強生態(tài)材料。本文在課題組前期研究的基礎上,旨在為課題組提出的生態(tài)復合墻體提供一種墻體材料,既解決了當下城市下水道及湖泊淤泥處理的難題,同時又滿足了課題組對生態(tài)綠色材料的需求。本文通過正交試驗,探討了水灰比、骨料取代率、纖維摻量三個因素對聚丙烯纖維淤泥制陶;炷梁弯摾w維淤泥制陶粒混凝土的立方體抗壓強度和立方體劈裂抗拉強度的影響,得到了最佳配合比;研究了纖維摻量變化對聚丙烯纖維淤泥制陶;炷梁弯摾w維淤泥制陶粒混凝土的應力-應變關系和韌度指數的影響;應用MATLAB編寫了隨機投骨料模型,并將模型導入ABAQUS進行非線性有限元分析。主要內容包括:(1)采用正交試驗,研究了水灰比、骨料取代率、纖維摻量變化對聚丙烯淤泥制陶粒混凝土和鋼纖維淤泥制陶;炷亮⒎娇箟簭姸群团芽估瓘姸鹊挠绊,得到了最佳配合比。試驗研究與分析表明:骨料取代率、水灰比、纖維摻量對聚丙烯纖維淤泥制陶粒混凝土立方抗壓強度的影響依次減小;骨料取代率和水灰比對聚丙烯纖維淤泥制陶;炷亮⒎襟w劈裂抗拉強度的影響大致相當,纖維摻量的影響較小;骨料取代率、纖維摻量、水灰比對鋼纖維淤泥制陶;炷亮⒎娇箟簭姸鹊挠绊懸来螠p小;鋼纖維摻量對鋼纖維淤泥制陶;炷恋牧⒎襟w劈裂抗拉強度的影響較大,而水灰比和骨料取代率的影響為次要因素。(2)采用單因素試驗的方法對聚丙烯纖維淤泥制陶;炷梁弯摾w維淤泥制陶粒混凝土進行棱柱體單軸受壓試驗研究,得出不同纖維摻量淤泥制陶;炷羻屋S受壓應力-應變全曲線,分析了韌度指數的影響規(guī)律,并基于試驗結果,提出了符合纖維淤泥制陶;炷恋膯屋S受壓本構模型。試驗結果及分析表明:纖維能有效的抑制裂縫的發(fā)展,提高混凝土的變形能力,改善了混凝土的延性,有效抑制混凝土損傷的發(fā)展;在一定范圍內聚丙烯纖維摻量增加時,淤泥制陶;炷另g度指數隨之增加。在鋼纖維摻量為1.5%時,淤泥制陶粒混凝土韌度指數達到峰值。(3)從細觀力學模型出發(fā),將其視為由骨料、砂漿及骨料砂漿間的界面三者組成的復合材料,采用MATLAB軟件基于蒙特卡羅方法產生了隨機數,編寫了隨機投骨料程序,實現了二維和三維隨機骨料模型的可視化,并將MATLAB的計算結果導入有限元計算軟件ABAQUS中,進行了非線性有限元分析。數值計算結果表明,鋼纖維淤泥制陶粒混凝土應力-應變曲線與試驗結果吻合較好,其誤差在允許的范圍內,可應用于實際工程中。同時驗證了該方法的可靠性,為纖維混凝土的數值模擬提供了有效手段。
[Abstract]:Fiber mud ceramsite concrete refers to silt ceramsite aggregate concrete as the base material and the fiber model in which the incorporation of fiber and made to enhance the ecological materials. Based on our previous study, aimed at the ecological composite wall is proposed for the group to provide a wall material, not only solve the difficult problem of the current city sewer and lake sludge treatment, and meets the demand of green ecological materials research group. Through orthogonal test, discusses the water cement ratio, aggregate replacement ratio, fiber content of three factors on the polypropylene fiber mud ceramsite concrete and steel fiber for silt ceramsite concrete cube compressive strength and splitting tensile strength are studied. The optimal mix ratio; change of the fiber content of polypropylene fiber mud ceramsite concrete and steel fiber concrete shall silt ceramsite Influence of stress - strain and toughness index compiled by MATLAB; random aggregate model, and the model is introduced into ABAQUS nonlinear finite element analysis. The main contents include: (1) orthogonal test, the effects of water cement ratio, aggregate replacement rate, the change of fiber content on poly propylene mud ceramsite concrete and steel fiber mud ceramsite concrete cubic compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the impact, the optimal mix ratio. Experimental research and analysis show that the aggregate replacement ratio, water cement ratio, effect of fiber content of concrete cubic compressive strength of polypropylene fiber mud ceramsite were reduced; influence of aggregate replacement ratio and water cement ratio polypropylene fiber mud ceramsite concrete splitting strength are less affected the content of fiber; aggregate replacement ratio, fiber content, water cement ratio, steel fiber concrete sludge ceramsite Effect of cubic compressive strength decreases gradually; the cube of steel fiber concrete mud ceramsite has greater impact on splitting tensile strength, and the water cement ratio and aggregate replacement rate effects are the secondary factors. (2) using the method of single factor test of polypropylene fiber mud ceramsite concrete and steel fiber silt ceramsite concrete under uniaxial compression test of prism, different fiber content of silt ceramsite concrete uniaxial compressive stress-strain curve, analyzed the influence of toughness index, and based on the test results, put forward in line with uniaxial compression fiber slit ceramsite concrete constitutive model. The results of test and analysis show that the development of fiber can effectively inhibit the cracks, improve the deformation capacity of concrete, improve the ductility of the concrete, effectively inhibit the development of damage of concrete; polypropylene in a certain range The fiber volume fraction increases, the silt ceramsite concrete toughness index increases. The steel fiber content is 1.5%, the silt ceramsite concrete toughness index reached the peak. (3) from the micromechanics model of the composite material as aggregate, mortar and aggregate mortar interface between the three components, based on the Monte Carlo method for generating a random number by using the MATLAB software, write the random aggregate program, realize the visualization of two-dimensional and three-dimensional random aggregate model, and the calculation results of MATLAB finite element calculation software ABAQUS, the non linear finite element analysis. The numerical results show that the steel fiber mud ceramsite concrete stress - strain curves are in good agreement with experimental results, the error is in the allowable range, can be used in practical engineering.
