【摘要】:依據(jù)儀器化Vickers壓入氮化硅斷裂韌性實(shí)驗(yàn)獲得的有關(guān)壓痕裂紋參數(shù),通過(guò)有限元數(shù)值分析方法識(shí)別出氮化硅的彈性模量和屈服強(qiáng)度,進(jìn)一步采用虛擬裂紋閉合法確定其裂紋尖端的應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子KI。以此為基礎(chǔ),與氮化硅斷裂韌性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值對(duì)比,分析有限元仿真KIC結(jié)果和基于L-E-M模型建立的3種典型陶瓷斷裂韌性壓入測(cè)試方法的準(zhǔn)確度。結(jié)果表明:基于Vickers壓入有限元數(shù)值分析結(jié)果的最大誤差僅為2.38%,Anstis公式最大識(shí)別誤差為2.65%,而Lawn公式和Miyoshi公式的識(shí)別誤差的絕對(duì)值均超過(guò)10%,因此Vickers壓入測(cè)試具有較高測(cè)試準(zhǔn)確度。
[Abstract]:The elastic modulus and yield strength of silicon nitride were identified by finite element method according to the parameters of indentation crack obtained by instrumented Vickers indentation silicon nitride fracture toughness experiment.Furthermore, the stress intensity factor (Ki) at the crack tip is determined by the virtual crack closure method.On this basis, compared with the standard values of fracture toughness of silicon nitride, the accuracy of the finite element simulation KIC results and three typical ceramic fracture toughness indentation testing methods based on L-E-M model are analyzed.The results show that the maximum error of finite element analysis based on Vickers is only 2.38 / Anstis formula and the maximum recognition error is 2.65, while the absolute value of Lawn formula and Miyoshi formula is more than 10, so the Vickers indentation test has higher accuracy.
