萃余酸制備工業(yè)級磷酸一銨的除鎂補氮研究

【摘要】:利用萃余酸直接制備工業(yè)級磷酸一銨,所得產(chǎn)品往往純度不高且總氮偏低,使其應(yīng)用受限。以氟化銨為沉淀劑,對萃余酸二次中和后的母液進(jìn)行沉淀除雜并補氮,再濃縮結(jié)晶,得工業(yè)級磷酸一銨。通過考察氟化銨的用量、反應(yīng)溫度和時間對鎂脫除率和產(chǎn)品總氮含量的影響,獲得最佳的工藝條件為:待濃縮母液與氟化銨的液固體積質(zhì)量比(m L/g)為1∶0.03、反應(yīng)溫度為50℃、反應(yīng)時間為30 min。獲得的產(chǎn)品純度為98.79%,總氮質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為11.99%,較之前均存在明顯提高。
[Abstract]:Industrial grade monoammonium phosphate is prepared directly from leucic acid. The purity of the product is not high and the total nitrogen is on the low side, so its application is limited. With ammonium fluoride as precipitant, the mother liquor after secondary neutralization of the extracted residual acid is precipitated to remove impurity, replenish nitrogen, and recrystallize and crystallize. The effects of the amount of ammonium fluoride, reaction temperature and time on the removal rate of magnesium and the total nitrogen content of the product were investigated.
