粗骨料表面構(gòu)造及其對混凝土性能的影響

【摘要】:長期以來,混凝土骨料表面構(gòu)造的研究一直停留在定性描述的水平,難以定量表征和研究。本文提出了表征骨料表面構(gòu)造的5個指標(biāo):凹凸度、凹凸比、全周凹凸度、全周凹凸比和凹周比。測試了灰?guī)r碎石、破碎卵石和卵石的表面構(gòu)造,研究了具有等腰三角形斷面凹槽的圓柱體骨料-漿體的界面應(yīng)力,發(fā)現(xiàn)骨料凹周比和全周凹凸比越大,骨料對混凝土強度的貢獻(xiàn)越大,對提高混凝土強度越有利,這一結(jié)論得到了混凝土性能試驗的驗證。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the research on the surface structure of concrete aggregate has remained at the level of qualitative description, which is difficult to quantitatively characterize and study. In this paper, five indexes of surface structure of aggregate are proposed: concave convexity, concave / convex ratio, full circumference concave convexity. The surface structure of limestone gravel, broken pebble and pebble was measured, and the interfacial stress of the cylindrical aggregate with isosceles triangle section groove was studied. It was found that the larger the concave circumference ratio and the full circumferential concave ratio of aggregate, the larger the concave circumference ratio and the full circumferential concave / convex ratio of aggregate. The greater the contribution of aggregate to the strength of concrete, the more favorable it is to improve the strength of concrete. This conclusion has been verified by concrete performance test.
