硬脂酸銨防水劑對水泥砂漿性能及微觀孔結(jié)構(gòu)的影響

【摘要】:以硬脂酸銨為水泥砂漿防水劑,研究了硬脂酸銨防水劑對水泥砂漿力學(xué)性能、毛細(xì)吸水性和孔結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,分析了三者之間的相互關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,硬脂酸銨防水劑具有一定的引氣效果,導(dǎo)致水泥砂漿體系內(nèi)孔結(jié)構(gòu)增多,使水泥砂漿的抗壓強度隨著硬脂酸銨防水劑的摻量增加而逐漸降低;硬脂酸銨防水劑在0.2%摻量情況下,孔徑20nm的無害孔增多,水泥砂漿的抗折強度增大;在0.7%摻量情況下,孔徑100nm的有害孔增多,導(dǎo)致抗折強度降低;硬脂酸銨防水劑使水泥砂漿的微孔增多,但其依然具有很好的防水效果,隨著其摻量的增加,防水性能不斷提高。
[Abstract]:The effects of ammonium stearate water repellent on the mechanical properties, capillary absorbability and pore structure of cement mortar were studied with ammonium stearate as waterproofing agent of cement mortar. Ammonium stearate water-repellent has a certain air-entraining effect, which leads to the increase of internal pore structure of cement mortar, and the compressive strength of cement mortar decreases gradually with the increase of the amount of ammonium stearate water-repellent, and when the content of ammonium stearate water-repellent is 0.2%, the compressive strength of cement mortar decreases gradually. With the increase of the harmless pore size of 20nm, the flexural strength of cement mortar increases; the harmful pore size of 100nm pore increases, which results in the decrease of flexural strength; and the micropore of cement mortar increases with ammonium stearate water repellent. But it still has very good waterproof effect, with the increase of its content, the waterproof performance is improved.
