新型聚苯并咪唑磷酸摻雜膜制備工藝的研究

【摘要】:以NMP為溶劑,通過溶液澆鑄法,將主鏈含雜萘聯(lián)苯結(jié)構(gòu)的聚苯并咪唑(PPBI)鋪制成膜。采用不同磷酸濃度、摻雜溫度和摻雜時間,對PPBI膜進(jìn)行磷酸摻雜,得到不同摻雜程度的膜。PPBI膜的磷酸摻雜程度分別隨著磷酸濃度、摻雜溫度和摻雜時間的增加而呈現(xiàn)增大的趨勢。當(dāng)摻雜時間超過20 h,摻雜程度趨于最大值而不再隨時間的增大而增大,較優(yōu)摻雜時間為30 h。在180℃溫度條件下14.7 M的濃磷酸中摻雜能夠得到最高摻雜度(15.2 mol H_3PO_4)的PPBI膜。將不同摻雜度的膜進(jìn)行力學(xué)性能、質(zhì)子傳導(dǎo)率和耐氧化性的測試,發(fā)現(xiàn)膜的力學(xué)性能、傳導(dǎo)性能和耐氧化性均依賴于摻雜程度。PPBI膜的質(zhì)子傳導(dǎo)率隨著磷酸摻雜程度的增大而增大,尤其在高摻雜程度下這種趨勢更加明顯。PPBI膜的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度和耐氧化性隨著摻雜程度的增大而降低,此系列PPBI膜的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度和耐氧化性均能夠滿足燃料電池質(zhì)子交換膜的要求。
[Abstract]:Using NMP as solvent, the polybenzimidazolium polybenzimidazolium (PPBI) with main chain structure containing naphthalene biphenyls was prepared by solution casting method. The PPBI film was doped with phosphoric acid with different phosphoric acid concentration, doping temperature and doping time. The phosphoric acid doping degree of PPBI film with different doping degree was determined with the concentration of phosphoric acid. With the increase of doping temperature and doping time, the doping degree tends to be the maximum when the doping time is more than 20 h, but no longer increases with the increase of time. The optimum doping time is 30 h. The PPBI films with the highest doping degree of 15.2 mol H _ 3PO _ 4 can be obtained by doping 14.7 M concentrated phosphoric acid at 180 鈩,
