助紡劑對非水解溶膠-凝膠法制備鈦酸鋁纖維的影響

【摘要】:本文采用非水解溶膠-凝膠(NHSG)法制備鈦酸鋁纖維。利用DTA-TG、XRD、TEM、SEM、FE-SEM等測試手段研究了鈦酸鋁的物相轉(zhuǎn)變過程,探討了助紡劑種類及其用量對制備鈦酸鋁纖維的影響。結(jié)果表明:采用NHSG法在750℃便能形成鈦酸鋁晶相,溶劑DBE和助紡劑環(huán)氧樹脂的引入沒有影響鈦酸鋁的低溫合成;環(huán)氧樹脂作為助紡劑有利于在溶膠中形成線性膠粒,提高溶膠的可紡性;環(huán)氧樹脂的添用量對鈦酸鋁纖維的制備影響較大,其用量為1∶1時(shí),可制得表面光滑、結(jié)構(gòu)致密,質(zhì)量較好的鈦酸鋁纖維。
[Abstract]:In this paper, aluminum titanate fibers were prepared by unhydrolyzed sol-gel method. The phase transition process of aluminum titanate was studied by means of DTA-TGX, XRDX, Tem, SEME-SEM, etc. The effects of spinning aids and their dosage on the preparation of aluminum titanate fiber were discussed. The results showed that the crystalline phase of aluminum titanate could be formed by NHSG method at 750 鈩,
