【摘要】:以咪唑-1-乙酸改性殼聚糖(IACS)為生物支架,在模擬體液(SBF)中調(diào)控仿生合成羥基磷灰石(HA)。探討了支架類型、陳化時間、鈣離子(Ca~(2+))濃度等因素對IACS生物支架在SBF中調(diào)控合成HA的影響,并通過X射線衍射儀、傅里葉變換紅外光譜分析儀、場發(fā)射掃描電子顯微鏡等對合成的HA進行表征。結(jié)果表明,在SBF中,以500KDIACS1為生物模板支架,Ca~(2+)離子濃度為0.10mol/L,反應(yīng)溫度為37℃,隨著陳化時間從12h延長至72h,HA從球型顆粒向針狀轉(zhuǎn)化且分散越均勻,與自然骨中的HA相類似。因此,利用IACS生物支架調(diào)控合成的HA有望在硬組織修補與替換、藥物緩釋等生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用,也為仿生合成其他生物礦物提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Imidazole-1-acetic acid modified chitosan (IACSs) was used as a biological scaffold to regulate the synthesis of hydroxyapatite in simulated humoral fluid (SBF). The type of scaffold and aging time were discussed. The effects of calcium concentration on the synthesis of HA in IACS scaffolds were investigated by X-ray diffractometer, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and field emission scanning electron microscope.
