JNS聚合物水泥基防水砂漿試驗研究

【摘要】:隨著國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,工程質(zhì)量越來越受到政府和老百姓的重視,特別是近些年由于工程防水做的不到位而引發(fā)的各種經(jīng)濟糾紛日益增多。如何使工程質(zhì)量得到保證,如何給業(yè)主減少維修費用,減少居民的煩惱,防水項目是其中重要的環(huán)節(jié)。但是,使用何種防水材料也是非常關(guān)鍵的。目前聚合物水泥基防水砂漿在各工程中得到了成功應(yīng)用。以其優(yōu)異的耐久性能和制作成本,使得防水工程的維修概率得到降低,減小不必要的資源浪費,因此在以后的防水工程中,如何有效的、正確的選擇使用聚合物水泥基防水砂漿來提高工程質(zhì)量將是非常重要。本文著重對水泥基砂漿滲水原因及防水方法進(jìn)行了分析,對聚合物水泥基防水砂漿各組份進(jìn)行了分析和選擇,提出了聚合物水泥基防水砂漿基本配方技術(shù)研發(fā)的思路,分析各種防水方法對砂漿各項性能的影響,例如對聚合物水泥基防水砂漿抗?jié)B壓力、強度性能、收縮性能、吸水率和耐久性等性能進(jìn)行了試驗研究。同時也對聚合物水泥基防水砂漿的施工技術(shù)及相關(guān)配套技術(shù)進(jìn)行了說明。本次研究技術(shù)路線是以聚合物為主要填充材料來填充砂漿中的孔隙,然后再結(jié)合其余適當(dāng)摻量的摻合料來改善砂漿的若干性能,達(dá)到提高砂漿防水性能的目的;另外,聚合物本身具有有機成分,這種有機成分能與無機材料結(jié)合,進(jìn)而通過一系列的物理化學(xué)反應(yīng),能夠在材料內(nèi)部形成一種致密的連續(xù)薄膜。通過以上反應(yīng)能夠使砂漿的力學(xué)性能和抗?jié)B性能在一定程度上得到提高,而砂漿脆性和吸水率反而得到降低。以普通硅酸鹽水泥砂漿為參照,研究不同種類,不同摻量的聚合物對防水砂漿性能的影響,最終得到合適的聚合物種類及所需的摻量。此次研究過程中,我們另外還針對纖維素醚、憎水劑、消泡劑等主要影響到砂漿防水性能的材料展開了摻量研究。最終通過各個組份的摻量控制,優(yōu)化配比后得出能滿足JC/T984-2011聚合物水泥防水砂漿的各項指標(biāo)的要求產(chǎn)品。然后通過將此次配制出的聚合物防水砂漿運用到實際工程中,來檢查防水砂漿的防水等主要性能,通過工程的運用,發(fā)現(xiàn)通過控制聚合物等相關(guān)摻合料的摻量,很好的改善聚合物防水砂漿的主要性能:聚合物水泥基防水砂漿壓折比得到降低,柔韌性高,抗變形能力增強;聚合物水泥基防水砂漿與基材的粘結(jié)強度有大幅提高;聚合物水泥基防水砂漿防水抗?jié)B壓力增大。從而使符合我公司JNS品牌要求的聚合物水泥基防水砂漿能夠用于普通工程大多數(shù)部位,應(yīng)用范圍更廣。
[Abstract]:With the development of national economy, the quality of the project is paid more and more attention by the government and the common people, especially in recent years, the economic disputes caused by the lack of waterproofing are increasing day by day. How to ensure the quality of the project? How to reduce the cost of maintenance and reduce the troubles of the residents, the waterproof project is one of the important links. However, At present, polymer cement based waterproof mortar has been successfully applied in various projects. With its excellent durability and production cost, the maintenance probability of waterproof engineering is reduced. Reduce unnecessary waste of resources, so how to be effective in future waterproofing projects, It is very important to use polymer cement based waterproof mortar to improve the engineering quality. This paper analyzes and selects the components of polymer cement based waterproof mortar, puts forward the idea of researching and developing the basic formula of polymer cement based waterproof mortar, and analyzes the influence of various waterproof methods on the properties of mortar. For example, for polymer cement based waterproof mortar impervious pressure, strength performance, shrinkage performance, The properties of water absorption and durability were studied. The construction technology and related matching technology of polymer cement based waterproof mortar were also explained. The technical route of this study was to use polymer as the main filling material. To fill in the pores in the mortar, In addition, the polymer itself has an organic component, which can be combined with inorganic materials, to improve some properties of the mortar and achieve the purpose of improving the waterproof property of the mortar. Through a series of physical chemical reactions, a compact continuous film can be formed inside the material, and the mechanical properties and impermeability of the mortar can be improved to a certain extent by the above reaction. On the contrary, the brittleness and water absorption of mortar are reduced. The influence of different kinds of polymer on the properties of waterproofing mortar is studied with ordinary Portland cement mortar as the reference. Finally, we get the appropriate polymer type and the required amount of polymer. In the course of this research, we also aim at cellulose ether, hydrophobic agent, The defoamer and other materials which mainly affect the waterproof property of mortar are studied. Finally, through the control of the content of each component, After optimizing the ratio, the product can meet the requirements of the JC/T984-2011 polymer cement waterproof mortar. Then, by applying the polymer waterproof mortar prepared this time to the actual project, the main properties of the waterproof mortar, such as waterproofing mortar, are checked. Through the application of engineering, it is found that the main properties of polymer waterproof mortar can be improved by controlling the content of polymer and other related admixtures: the compression ratio of polymer cement based waterproof mortar is reduced, the flexibility is high, and the deformation resistance is enhanced; The bond strength between polymer cement based waterproof mortar and base material is greatly improved. The waterproof and impermeable pressure of polymer cement based waterproof mortar is increased, so that the polymer cement based waterproof mortar which meets the requirements of JNS brand of our company can be used in most parts of general engineering and has a wider application range.
