電磁作用下微生物傳質(zhì)建模及影響因素分析

【摘要】:針對電磁場強化傳質(zhì)和抑制微生物生長現(xiàn)象,基于微生物生長動力學(xué)和雙電層原理,對電磁場強化傳質(zhì)作用機理進(jìn)行了理論推導(dǎo),建立了電磁場作用下微生物污垢生長模型.模型以不同水質(zhì)、流體流速和管道內(nèi)壁粗糙度為參數(shù),利用Matlab軟件,繪制了仿真曲線,計算出微生物污垢熱阻變化趨勢和電磁抑垢率.結(jié)果表明:電磁場對微生物污垢有較強的抑制作用,該模型能夠準(zhǔn)確地計算出電磁抑垢率,為電磁抑垢裝置的開發(fā)和應(yīng)用提供了理論依據(jù).
[Abstract]:In view of the phenomenon of enhanced mass transfer and inhibition of microbial growth in electromagnetic field, the mechanism of enhanced mass transfer in electromagnetic field was theoretically deduced based on the growth kinetics of microorganism and the principle of double electric layer. The model of microbial fouling growth under the action of electromagnetic field is established. The simulation curve is drawn by using Matlab software, taking different water quality, fluid flow rate and inner wall roughness of pipeline as parameters. The results show that the electromagnetic field has a strong inhibitory effect on microbial fouling, and the model can accurately calculate the electromagnetic scale inhibition rate. It provides a theoretical basis for the development and application of electromagnetic scale suppression device.
