新型耐高溫高強(qiáng)度磷酸鹽膠凝材料的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:截止目前,膠凝劑應(yīng)用最多的主要有兩種,一種是以黏土為代表的膠凝劑;一種是以硅酸鹽無機(jī)粘結(jié)劑為主的膠凝劑。前者由于效率低下,切需要摻加煤,會(huì)對(duì)環(huán)境造成污染,后者由于潰散性差,易老化,難除去等因素,無法大面積推廣。此時(shí)急需一種新型無機(jī)膠凝材料作為代替。磷酸鹽由于具有無毒、無味、無公害等優(yōu)點(diǎn)而倍受關(guān)注。湖北工業(yè)大學(xué)冶鑄新材料研究所的張友壽、夏露、黃晉等教授對(duì)磷酸鹽粘結(jié)劑的推廣應(yīng)用做了大量的研究工作,他們通過向鋁磷酸鹽粘結(jié)劑中分別加入硼酸和碳酸鎂等改性劑,不僅使鋁磷酸鹽自硬砂的抗吸濕性能得到了顯著提高,也大大改善了鋁磷酸鹽粘結(jié)劑的存放穩(wěn)定性。本文以H_3PO_4、H_3PO_4-Al_2O_、H_3PO_4-Al(OH)3系為基礎(chǔ)分別通過摻加填料Al_2O_、固化劑ZnO、MgO。研究了磷酸鹽膠凝材料的固化工藝,剪切強(qiáng)度、耐熱性等性能。通過對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn),MgO固化劑最活潑,得到的磷酸鹽膠凝劑各項(xiàng)性能也較好。通過掃描電鏡對(duì)磷酸鹽微觀形貌進(jìn)行了觀察,并進(jìn)行了機(jī)理分析。本論文還重點(diǎn)研究了磷酸鹽膠凝材料的基料配方、磷酸鹽膠凝材料配方對(duì)其固化時(shí)間,固化溫度,剪切強(qiáng)度,耐高溫性能的影響,在此基礎(chǔ)上考察了以部分低溫燃燒合成法制備的磷酸鹽膠凝材料代替普通粉體作為制備磷酸鹽膠凝材料性能的變化,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明通過調(diào)整基料,填料,固化劑的比列可以得到性能良好的磷酸鹽膠凝材料。
[Abstract]:Up to now, there are mainly two kinds of gelling agents used most, one is a gelling agent represented by clay, the other is a gelling agent based on silicate inorganic binder. Because of its low efficiency, the former needs to be mixed with coal, which will pollute the environment. The latter is unable to be popularized in a large area because of its poor collapsibility, easy aging and difficult to remove. A new inorganic cementitious material is urgently needed as a substitute. Phosphate is non-toxic and tasteless. Professor Zhang Youshou, Xia Lu and Huang Jin of the Institute of Metallurgical and New Materials of Hubei University of Technology have done a lot of research on the popularization and application of phosphate binders. By adding boric acid and magnesium carbonate to the aluminophosphate binder respectively, they not only improved the hygroscopicity of aluminophosphate self-hardening sand, but also improved the hygroscopicity of aluminophosphate self-hardening sand. The stability of the aluminophosphate binder was also greatly improved. Based on Hs _ 3PO _ 4 / H _ 3PO _ 4-Al _ 2O _ O _ O _ 3 system H3PO _ 4-Alo _ (OH) _ 3 system, the curing process and shear strength of phosphate cementitious materials were studied by adding Al _ 2O _ 2O and solidified agent ZnO _ 2O _ (MgO) respectively. Heat resistance and other properties. It was found that the MgO curing agent was the most active, and the properties of the phosphate gelling agent were better. The morphology of phosphate was observed by scanning electron microscope. The effect of the formula of phosphate cementitious material on curing time, curing temperature, shear strength and high temperature resistance of phosphate cementitious material was also studied. On this basis, the properties of phosphate cementitious materials prepared by partial low temperature combustion synthesis method instead of ordinary powders were investigated. The experimental results showed that the base materials, fillers and fillers were adjusted. Phosphate cementitious material with good performance can be obtained by the ratio of curing agent.
