【摘要】：為了降低焦罐內(nèi)襯的材料采購與維修成本,提高焦罐的保溫性能和熱回收率,減少干熄焦爐的設(shè)備故障,探究應(yīng)用輕質(zhì)耐火澆注料替代合金襯板作為焦罐內(nèi)襯的使用效果,分析了選擇高強莫來石輕質(zhì)澆注料和高強輕質(zhì)澆注料分別作為焦罐下錐段和直段的內(nèi)襯材料的原因。實踐證明:輕質(zhì)耐火澆注料作為內(nèi)襯保溫效果良好,罐外壁表面溫度從500℃降低到150℃,極大地減少了紅焦的熱損失以及高溫對罐體和周圍構(gòu)件的損傷,并解決了襯板脫落進入干熄焦爐內(nèi)卡堵旋轉(zhuǎn)密封閥的問題,消除了安全隱患,經(jīng)濟效益顯著。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the cost of material purchase and maintenance of coke tank lining, improve the thermal insulation performance and heat recovery rate of coke tank, reduce the equipment failure of coke quenching furnace, and explore the application effect of using light refractory castable instead of alloy liner as the lining of coke tank. The reasons for choosing high strength mullite lightweight castable and high strength lightweight castable as lining materials for lower cone and straight section of coke tank respectively are analyzed.
