【摘要】：龍泉窯為我國歷史名窯,屬于南方青瓷窯系,創(chuàng)燒于唐、五代時(shí)期,興盛于南宋,明清之際逐漸衰弱,1959年初漸恢復(fù),為中國制瓷史上燒制時(shí)間最長的一個(gè)瓷窯系。千年的傳承,龍泉窯形成了胎釉匹配、數(shù)次施釉、薄胎厚釉和把握開片等藝術(shù)特征。龍泉窯具有青翠溫潤、瑩澈剔透、清秀淡雅的風(fēng)格,有"類玉"之美,它有胎料、釉料配方、坯的成型、施釉、燒制技藝的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),胎與釉的化學(xué)組成,溫度控制和窯內(nèi)還原氣氛及釉色的呈色關(guān)系等等問題。本論文主要是對(duì)龍泉窯胎與釉的外觀、化學(xué)組成分析和燒制工藝等通過窯溫的控制與釉色的呈色以實(shí)驗(yàn)、比對(duì)、調(diào)查與觀察探索性的得出相關(guān)結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Longquan Kiln, a famous kiln in the history of our country, belongs to the Qing porcelain kiln system in the south. It was burned in the Tang Dynasty, flourished in the Southern Song Dynasty, and gradually weakened in the Ming and Qing dynasties. It was gradually restored in early 1959. It is the longest firing system in the history of Chinese porcelain making. Longquan Kiln forms artistic features such as matching the foetal glaze, applying glaze several times, thick glaze of thin tire and holding open sheet. Longquan Kiln has a green and warm, clear and clear, elegant style, and has the beauty of "jade like". It has tire materials, glaze formula, and the molding of the blank. The key points of glazing and firing technology, chemical composition of tire and glaze, temperature control, reduction atmosphere in kiln and the coloring of glaze, etc. This paper mainly deals with the appearance of tire and glaze in Longquan kiln. Through the control of kiln temperature and glaze color, chemical composition analysis and sintering process, the experiment, comparison, investigation and observation were carried out to obtain the relevant conclusions.
