【摘要】：利用NaBH_4將合成的ZIF-90晶種改性為ZIF-91,并用二次生長法在Al_2O_3支撐體上制備ZIF-90膜和ZIF-91膜。利用XRD、TGA、FT-IR,SEM、BET對(duì)合成的粉末及膜進(jìn)行表征。以N2/n-C_5H_(12)模擬油氣體系,將制備的ZIF-90/Al_2O_3膜和ZIF-91/Al_2O_3膜用于油氣回收實(shí)驗(yàn)。考察了不同操作壓力及溫度下,2種膜在混合氣中的分離性能,結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)操作壓力為0.06 MPa、溫度為25℃時(shí),ZIF-90膜和ZIF-91膜對(duì)N2/n-C_5H_(12)的分離因子分別為2.82、3.98,滲透性分別為5.02×10~(-8)、2.35×10~(-8)mol/m~2·s·Pa,說明改性在一定程度上提高了膜的分離性能。
[Abstract]:The synthesized ZIF-90 seeds were modified into ZIF-91 by NaBH_4, and ZIF-90 and ZIF-91 films were prepared on Al_2O_3 supports by secondary growth method. The synthesized powders and membranes were characterized by XRDX TGAFT-IRT-SEMBET. The oil and gas systems were simulated by N _ 2 / n-C _ 5H _ 2O _ 12). The ZIF-90/Al_2O_3 and ZIF-91/Al_2O_3 membranes were prepared for oil and gas recovery experiments.
