陶瓷酒瓶對白酒和黃酒的安全性及品質(zhì)的影響和年產(chǎn)240萬件陶瓷工廠設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:用作酒類包裝的陶瓷一般為普通陶瓷,其原料比較復(fù)雜,不同種類的陶瓷酒瓶其原料組成也不同。陶瓷容器的內(nèi)外壁一般加以施釉,釉是熔融在粘土制品表面上一層很薄的、均勻的玻璃質(zhì)薄層,釉不僅能夠裝飾陶瓷酒瓶并且能夠防止酒滲漏,它具有玻璃所固有的一切物理化學(xué)性能:平滑光亮而硬度大;能抵抗酸堿的腐蝕。水、酸和堿與釉面發(fā)生的反應(yīng)包括離子交換、溶解作用和吸附作用,這些反應(yīng)使得釉的光澤面變黯淡、薄層干涉色或表面出現(xiàn)凹痕和老化。釉面被腐蝕時會釋放出鉛、鎘等重金屬,會給人體健康帶來傷害。本文主要研究內(nèi)容如下:1、研究陶瓷酒瓶的配方和工藝對酒品質(zhì)和安全的影響。本課題以53度白酒、40度白酒及12度黃酒為研究對象,在不同儲藏期(2個月,4個月和6個月)對其理化指標(biāo)(酒精度、p H、鉛、鎘的濃度、總酸、總酯)進(jìn)行追蹤檢驗(yàn),比較不同工藝和配方陶瓷型酒瓶對白酒和黃酒品質(zhì)的影響,篩選出適合包裝白酒和黃酒的陶瓷酒瓶。結(jié)果顯示,隨著貯藏期的延長,白酒的酒精度數(shù)逐漸降低,總酸和總酯升高,p H值先下降后上升,鉛和鎘無明顯變化。黃酒隨著貯藏時間的延長,其酒精度數(shù)和鉛含量逐漸下降,總酸和鎘無明顯變化,p H值先下降后上升。高溫陶瓷酒瓶更利于白酒和黃酒的貯藏,而陶瓷酒瓶的內(nèi)釉對白酒和黃酒的品質(zhì)影響不明顯。2、設(shè)計(jì)年產(chǎn)年產(chǎn)240萬件陶瓷酒瓶工廠設(shè)計(jì)本文對年產(chǎn)240萬件陶瓷酒瓶工廠設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)闡述,主要內(nèi)容包括工廠總平面圖設(shè)計(jì)、產(chǎn)品方案及生產(chǎn)工藝設(shè)計(jì)、物料衡算及設(shè)備選型、公用系統(tǒng)、環(huán)境工程、勞動組織以及技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析。本文先對生產(chǎn)所用的物料進(jìn)行衡算,而后對生產(chǎn)過程中用到的各種主要設(shè)備進(jìn)行了選型和設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,還對相關(guān)的水、電、汽耗量作了估算,最后對工廠的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益進(jìn)行估算。同時,還結(jié)合各項(xiàng)國家、企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),完成相關(guān)圖紙的繪制。通過結(jié)合運(yùn)用所學(xué)的知識,并參考大量的文獻(xiàn)技術(shù)資料,在設(shè)備選型上結(jié)合國內(nèi)實(shí)際水平,在技術(shù)上基本運(yùn)用國內(nèi)較為先進(jìn)的技術(shù),技術(shù)指標(biāo)選取比較符合當(dāng)今的技術(shù)水平,由此得到的相關(guān)計(jì)算結(jié)果具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:The ceramics used for wine packaging are generally ordinary ceramics, whose raw materials are complex, and the composition of different kinds of ceramic wine bottles is different. The inner and outer walls of ceramic containers are generally glazed, and the glaze is melted on the surface of clay products. Uniform glass layer, glaze can not only decorate ceramic wine bottles and prevent wine leakage, it has all the physical and chemical properties inherent in glass: smooth and bright, hardness, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. The reactions of acid and alkali with the glaze include ion exchange, dissolution and adsorption, which make the glaze's gloss dim, thin layer interference color or surface dent and aging. When the glaze is corroded, heavy metals such as lead, cadmium and so on are released. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. The effects of the formulation and process of ceramic wine bottle on the quality and safety of wine were studied. In this study, 53 degrees white wine, 40 degrees liquor and 12 degrees yellow rice wine were taken as the research objects. The physicochemical indexes (alcohol concentration, lead, cadmium concentration, total acid, total ester) of different storage periods (2 months, 4 months and 6 months) were tested, and the effects of different processes and formulations on the quality of liquor and yellow rice wine were compared. Ceramic wine bottles suitable for packaging liquor and yellow wine were selected. The results showed that with the prolongation of storage period, the alcohol content of liquor decreased gradually, the total acid and total ester increased and then decreased first, and then increased. There was no obvious change in lead and cadmium. With the increase of storage time, the alcohol number and lead content of yellow rice wine decreased gradually, but the total acid and cadmium content decreased first and then increased. The high temperature ceramic wine bottle was more favorable for the storage of liquor and rice wine. However, the inner glaze of ceramic wine bottle has no obvious effect on the quality of liquor and yellow wine. The design of 2.4 million pieces of ceramic wine bottle factory with annual output is described systematically in this paper. The main contents include factory general plan design, product plan and production process design, material balance and equipment selection, public system, environmental engineering, labor organization and technical and economic analysis. Then, the selection and design calculation of the main equipment used in the production process are carried out, and the related water, electricity and steam consumption are estimated. Finally, the economic benefits of the factory are estimated. At the same time, combined with the national and enterprise standards, Complete the drawing of relevant drawings. By combining the knowledge learned, and referring to a large number of literature and technical materials, combining the domestic actual level in the selection of equipment, the basic use of domestic advanced technology in technology, The selection of technical indexes is in accordance with the present technical level, and the calculated results are of certain reference value.
