基于釔鉬黃色陶瓷色料的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:耐高溫的無機(jī)環(huán)保黃色色料一直是材料領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn),可廣泛應(yīng)用于陶瓷、玻璃、建筑外墻等著色與裝飾領(lǐng)域。目前,國內(nèi)市場的陶瓷色料生產(chǎn)已經(jīng)從成長期和高速發(fā)展期逐漸步入穩(wěn)定發(fā)展和成熟期,以后的主要任務(wù)是要提高產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量以及開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品。近年來報導(dǎo)的無機(jī)黃色色料大多存在著耐溫性差、含有重金屬元素、呈色較弱、制備成本高昂等缺點(diǎn),限制了它們的應(yīng)用。本課題首先研究了球磨法中粉末細(xì)化的最佳工藝條件,并通過高溫?zé)Y(jié)法來制備Y_4MoO_9黃色色料。然后分別選用Zr/Ta/Tb/Bi元素對Y_4MoO_9色料進(jìn)行摻雜,確定最佳工藝條件,采用XRD、XPS、EDS、SEM、UV-vis-NIR、CIE等測試手段對無機(jī)色料的結(jié)構(gòu)與性能進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明新型的釔鉬黃色色料具有較好的色飽和度、顏色鮮艷,是一種較好的耐高溫黃色無機(jī)環(huán)保色料。(1)球磨法細(xì)化釔鉬黃色料的原料的最佳工藝條件為:采用去離子水為球磨溶劑,球磨速率為300rpm/min,原料、鋯珠、去離子水的質(zhì)量比為1:2:1,球磨時間為6h。(2)采用馬弗爐在1400℃下高溫?zé)Y(jié),能夠制備晶相完整的Y_4MoO_9黃色色料,其色度值分別為:L*= 95.1,a*=-8.3,b*= 48.4。(3)采用鋯(Zr)元素對Y_4MoO_9進(jìn)行摻雜,在1400℃燒結(jié)制備Y4_xZrxMo09+δ(0≤X≤0.8),色料 Y_(3.8)Zr_(0.2)MoO_(9+δ)黃色色度值最佳(L*= 93.1,a*=-4.8,b*= 57.5),主晶相為Y_4MoO_9,具有較強(qiáng)的耐酸耐堿性能,近紅外光譜漫反射率約90%,可作為節(jié)約能源的著色劑,應(yīng)用于建筑外墻和屋頂上。(4)采用鉭(Ta)元素對Y_4MoO_9進(jìn)行摻雜,在1400℃燒結(jié)制備的Y3.9Ta0.1MoO9+δ(L*=91.7,a*=-3.8,b*= 59.8)具有較好的黃色色度值,主晶相為Y_4MoO_9。(5)采用鋱(Tb)元素對Y_4MoO_9進(jìn)行摻雜,在1400℃燒結(jié)制備Y4_xTbxMo09+δ(0≤X≤0.05),隨著鋱摻雜量的增加,由綠相黃轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)檎S、桔黃色,但其主晶相均為Y_4MoO_9。(6)采用鉍(Bi)元素對Y_4MoO_9進(jìn)行摻雜,制備Y4-xBixMoO9+δ(0≤X≤1.6)色料,其最佳燒結(jié)溫度是1200℃。當(dāng)x = 0.8,能獲得較好的桔黃色色料(L*= 78.1,a*= 10.2,b*=45.6),色料晶相為Bi2MoO6和Y6MoO12的復(fù)合晶相。(7)利用水作為溶劑,制備了粒徑大小為0.923μm,粘度為0.381Pa.s,表面張力約為40 mN.m-1的Y_(3.8)Zr_(0.2)MoO_(9+δ)黃色陶瓷墨水。
[Abstract]:High temperature resistant inorganic environmentally friendly yellow pigment has been the research hotspot in the field of materials. It can be widely used in the fields of ceramic, glass, building exterior wall and other coloring and decoration fields. At present, The production of ceramic pigments in the domestic market has gradually stepped into a stable and mature stage from the period of growth and the period of high speed development. The main tasks in the future are to improve the quality of the products and to develop new ones. In recent years, most of the inorganic yellow pigments reported in recent years have some disadvantages, such as poor temperature resistance, heavy metal elements, weak color, high cost of preparation, etc. The application of Y4MoO9 is limited. In this paper, the optimum technological conditions of powder refinement in ball milling are studied, and Y4MoO9 yellow pigment is prepared by high temperature sintering. Then the Y4MoO9 pigment is doped with Zr/Ta/Tb/Bi element, and the optimum technological conditions are determined. The structure and properties of inorganic pigments were characterized by means of XRDX, XRDP, EDSX, SEMX, UV-vis-NIR, CIE, etc. The results showed that the new yttrium molybdenum yellow color had better color saturation and bright color. The optimum technological conditions for refining yttrium molybdenum yellow material by ball milling are as follows: deionized water is used as ball milling solvent, milling rate is 300rpm / min, raw material, zirconium bead, The mass ratio of deionized water is 1: 2: 1 and the milling time is 6 h. 2) Y4MoO9 yellow color with intact crystal phase can be prepared by marover furnace sintering at 1400 鈩,
