水熱溫度對硫酸鋁水解產(chǎn)物相結(jié)構(gòu)及微觀形貌的影響

【摘要】:采用X射線衍射(XRD)、傅里葉變換紅外光譜(FT-IR)、熱重分析(TGA)和掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)綜合分析水熱溫度對硫酸鋁水解產(chǎn)物物相的影響及其反應(yīng)機理,同時通過低溫氮氣吸附法(BET)測定產(chǎn)物孔結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明:水熱溫度t≤96℃時,Al_2(SO_4)_3水解產(chǎn)物為無規(guī)則團聚的非晶態(tài)氫氧化鋁;t≥120℃,氫氧化鋁不穩(wěn)定,存在再溶解-再沉淀過程,非晶態(tài)氫氧化鋁向NaAl_3(SO_4)_2(OH)_6轉(zhuǎn)化;t=180℃時,通過奧氏熟化,Al_2(SO_4)_3水解產(chǎn)物轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樾狈搅骟wNaAl_3(SO_4)_2(OH)_6,擇優(yōu)向(113)面生長。BET結(jié)果表明,水熱溫度t≤96℃時,產(chǎn)物孔徑分布不均勻,t≥120℃時,產(chǎn)物孔徑分布窄而均勻,且t=120℃時,產(chǎn)物比表面積最大為91.99 m~2·g~(-1)。
[Abstract]:The effect of hydrothermal temperature on the phase of hydrolysate of aluminum sulfate and its reaction mechanism were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and scanning electron microscope (SEM).
