多晶六硼化鈰的制備及性能

【摘要】:采用放電等離子燒結(jié)技術(shù)(SPS)制備了高致密度CeB6多晶塊體,考察了燒結(jié)工藝參數(shù)對(duì)多晶CeB6樣品性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,隨著燒結(jié)溫度和燒結(jié)壓力的升高,樣品的致密度逐漸增大,力學(xué)性能顯著提升。最佳燒結(jié)工藝參數(shù)為T=1 900℃,P=50 MPa,t=5 min,該工藝下多晶CeB6樣品的致密度為95.88%,硬度為(19.37±0.65)GPa,抗彎強(qiáng)度為(124.82±6.24)MPa。分別在1 500,1 600,1 700℃條件下,測(cè)試了該樣品的熱發(fā)射電流密度,結(jié)果表明隨著陰極溫度的升高,多晶CeB6的最大熱電子發(fā)射電流密度從3.14 A/cm2上升到18.45A/cm2,最小逸出功為3.05eV。
[Abstract]:High density CeB6 polycrystalline bulk was prepared by spark plasma sintering (SPS). The effects of sintering process parameters on the properties of polycrystalline CeB6 samples were investigated. The results showed that the density of the samples increased with the increase of sintering temperature and sintering pressure. The mechanical properties were improved significantly.
