【摘要】：移動(dòng)床,是一種用以實(shí)現(xiàn)流體-固相接觸的化工單元過程處理技術(shù),固相移動(dòng)速率低于流化床,且固相顆粒之間基本上無相對運(yùn)動(dòng),因此兼具固定床和流化床的特點(diǎn),其中流體以氣體居多。移動(dòng)床操作的缺點(diǎn)是控制固體顆粒的均勻下移比較困難,床層容易出現(xiàn)貼壁、空腔和架拱等非正常操作現(xiàn)象,受床的結(jié)構(gòu)、操作條件、固體顆�；拘再|(zhì)等影響。針對于床內(nèi)流動(dòng)特性、床的幾何構(gòu)型和固體相的基本性質(zhì)等影響移動(dòng)床操作的關(guān)鍵因素,主要綜述了近20年來氣固移動(dòng)床操作技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)研究進(jìn)展。最后,對移動(dòng)床操作技術(shù)進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Moving bed is a chemical unit process processing technology used to realize fluid-solid contact. The solid phase moving rate is lower than that of fluidized bed, and there is basically no relative movement between solid particles, so it has the characteristics of both fixed bed and fluidized bed. The disadvantages of moving bed operation are that it is difficult to control the uniform downward movement of solid particles, the bed is prone to abnormal operation phenomena such as adhesion, cavity and arch, and the structure and operating conditions of the bed. In view of the flow characteristics in the bed, the geometric configuration of the bed and the basic properties of the solid phase, the key factors affecting the operation of the moving bed, such as the basic properties of the solid particles, and so on, are discussed. The basic research progress of gas-solid moving bed operation technology in recent 20 years is reviewed. Finally, the moving bed operation technology is prospected.
