單層鋼絲柔性槳強(qiáng)化攪拌槽中流體混沌混合行為

【摘要】:實(shí)驗(yàn)運(yùn)用扭矩傳感器測量攪拌功率特性,Matlab軟件編程計(jì)算最大Lyapunov指數(shù)(LE_(max)),流場可視化技術(shù)觀測流體混合狀態(tài)。研究了槳葉類型、槳葉離底距離、柔性鋼絲長度、柔性鋼絲直徑對混合效率數(shù)(Ce)、LE_(max)的影響。結(jié)果表明:單層鋼絲柔性槳通過剛-柔-流耦合作用,改變流場結(jié)構(gòu)和能量耗散方式,提高了流體混沌混合程度,實(shí)現(xiàn)了流體的高效節(jié)能混合;當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速為120 r·min-1時,與傳統(tǒng)剛性槳相比,單層鋼絲柔性槳使流體Ce減小了87.4%,LE_(max)增大了53.2%,與單層鋼絲剛性槳相比,單層鋼絲柔性槳使流體Ce減小了43.8%,LE_(max)增大了10.8%。另外,當(dāng)攪拌轉(zhuǎn)速相同時,柔性鋼絲越長,越有利于流體混沌混合,但其功耗也會隨之明顯增加;當(dāng)柔性鋼絲直徑為0.8 mm,槳葉離底距離為0.25T(T為攪拌槽內(nèi)徑)時,各個轉(zhuǎn)速對應(yīng)的Ce小于其他情況、LE_(max)大于其他情況,流體達(dá)到相對最佳混沌混合狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:The torque sensor is used to measure the mixing power characteristics. The maximum Lyapunov exponent is calculated by Matlab software. The flow field visualization technique is used to observe the mixing state of the fluid. The blade type, blade bottom distance and flexible steel wire length are studied. The effect of the diameter of flexible steel wire on the mixing efficiency is discussed. The results show that the single layer steel wire flexible propeller changes the flow field structure and energy dissipation mode through the rigid-flexible flow coupling, and improves the chaotic mixing degree of the fluid. When the rotational speed is 120r 路min-1, compared with the traditional rigid propeller, the single layer steel wire flexible propeller reduces the fluid ce by 87.4% and increases 53.2% compared with the single layer steel wire rigid propeller. The single layer steel wire flexible propeller reduces the fluid ce by 43.8% and increases 10.8%. In addition, when the stirring speed is the same, the longer the flexible steel wire is, the more favorable the fluid chaotic mixing is, but the power consumption also increases obviously. When the diameter of the flexible steel wire is 0.8 mm and the blade distance from the bottom is 0.25 T as the inner diameter of the stirring tank, the ce corresponding to each rotational speed is smaller than that of the other cases.
