【摘要】:玻璃窯爐在玻璃產(chǎn)業(yè)中占據(jù)重要地位,是玻璃生產(chǎn)最重要的熱工設(shè)備之一,被譽為玻璃生產(chǎn)的心臟。由于玻璃窯爐具有密閉性、高溫性、連續(xù)工作性等特殊性,給測量和研究工作帶來巨大的不便。本文利用Glass Furnace Model軟件建立燃燒空間和玻璃池窯的三維空間模型,通過對玻璃池窯和燃燒空間熱耦合的模擬計算,對熔窯內(nèi)的物理化學(xué)變化過程進行分析研究。以產(chǎn)量為220 t/d的電助熔玻璃纖維窯爐為研究對象,建立基礎(chǔ)模型。通過分析燃燒空間和玻璃池窯的溫度場、氣流場、碹頂?shù)那治g影響、玻璃液流動軌跡和流動速度,對研究方案做全方面的分析比較,為窯爐的設(shè)計及生產(chǎn)工藝優(yōu)化提供理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Glass kiln occupies an important position in glass industry and is one of the most important thermal equipment in glass production. It is praised as the heart of glass production. In this paper, Glass Furnace Model software is used to establish the three-dimensional space model of combustion space and glass tank kiln, and the thermal coupling between glass tank kiln and combustion space is simulated and calculated. The physical and chemical change process in the furnace was analyzed. The basic model was established with the output of 220 t / d as the research object. The combustion space and the temperature field and the air field of the glass pool kiln were analyzed. The influence of crown erosion, glass liquid flow path and flow velocity are analyzed and compared in all aspects, which provides theoretical guidance for kiln design and production process optimization.
