凝膠注模碳化硅復(fù)相陶瓷支撐體的結(jié)構(gòu)及性能

【摘要】:以SiC粉體(D_(50)=10.38μm)為主要原料,添加少量堇青石、Al_2O_3、石墨,通過凝膠注模法制備堇青石、莫來石結(jié)合的SiC復(fù)相陶瓷管狀支撐體。研究了堇青石、石墨造孔劑添加量、燒結(jié)溫度等對(duì)支撐體物相組成及顯微結(jié)構(gòu)、孔隙率、孔徑分布、抗彎強(qiáng)度等性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)碳化硅含量為70%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)),堇青石、Al_2O_3、石墨添加量均為10%時(shí),支撐體孔隙率達(dá)到42.84%,抗彎強(qiáng)度為40.3 MPa。在1 400℃燒結(jié)溫度下,可獲得SiC為主晶相、堇青石和莫來石為次晶相的三相共存陶瓷支撐體。支撐體具有連通的孔結(jié)構(gòu),孔徑分布范圍從0.66到3.22μm,適合作為陶瓷膜的基體。
[Abstract]:Cordierite and mullite bonded SiC multiphase ceramic tubular support were prepared by gel injection molding method using SiC powder DX 50 + 10. 38 渭 m as main raw material and adding a small amount of cordierite Al2O3 and graphite. The amount of cordierite and graphite pore-forming agent was studied. The effects of sintering temperature on the phase composition, microstructure, porosity, pore size distribution, bending strength and so on of the supporting body are investigated. The results show that when the content of sic is 70% (mass fraction, cordierite Al2O3), graphite content is 10%. The porosity of the support is 42.84 and the flexural strength is 40.3 MPA.
