陶瓷膜過濾收獲微藻的效能與膜污染特征

【摘要】:考察了平板陶瓷膜在次臨界通量條件下多周期過濾收獲小球藻細(xì)胞的效能以及跨膜壓差、阻力構(gòu)成、不可逆污染組分等膜污染特征。結(jié)果表明,次臨界通量條件下,采用孔徑100 nm的陶瓷膜多周期過濾能夠有效收獲普通小球藻。84%~98%的進(jìn)水藻細(xì)胞以濾餅層方式被截留,通過物理清洗膜表面能夠獲得高濃度藻液,濃縮因子高于34。3個(gè)過濾周期內(nèi)膜污染均呈現(xiàn)先緩慢增加后急劇升高的兩階段變化趨勢。隨過濾周期增加,膜污染急劇升高階段顯著加速,其主要原因是小球藻細(xì)胞及其EOM形成的協(xié)同污染效應(yīng)以及水力不可逆污染的逐漸累積。水力不可逆污染組分的有機(jī)物分子量特征是100~1 000 Da的低分子酸以及1~10 kDa的蛋白類有機(jī)物,其中多種芳香族類蛋白和可溶性微生物產(chǎn)物是主要組分。
[Abstract]:The effects of multi-cycle filtration on the harvesting of Chlorella microphylla cells and the characteristics of membrane fouling under the condition of subcritical flux and membrane pressure difference, composition of resistance and irreversible fouling components were investigated. The results showed that under the condition of sub-critical flux, the membrane fouling characteristics of the membrane were studied. The ceramic membrane with the pore diameter of 100nm can effectively harvest 98% of the cells from Chlorella vulgaris. 98% of the cells were cut off by the cake layer, and the high concentration algae solution could be obtained by physically cleaning the membrane surface. The concentration factor above 34.3 filtration cycles showed a two-stage trend of slow increase and then sharp increase. With the increase of filtration cycle, the membrane fouling increased rapidly, and the membrane fouling increased significantly. The main reasons are the synergistic pollution effect of Chlorella vulgaris cells and their EOM formation and the gradual accumulation of hydraulic irreversible pollution. The molecular weight of organic compounds of hydraulic irreversible pollution component is 100000 Da low molecular weight acid and 1 10 kDa protein organic substance. Among them, a variety of aromatic proteins and soluble microbial products are the main components.
