基于小尺寸非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試件的混凝土強(qiáng)度評(píng)定

【摘要】:目前,絕大多數(shù)相關(guān)混凝土技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范均以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試件測(cè)試抗折強(qiáng)度,這類(lèi)試件往往尺寸[150 mm×150 mm×600 mm(或525、550)mm]和質(zhì)量(28~33 kg)較大,給試驗(yàn)操作帶來(lái)了諸多困難甚至安全隱患。試驗(yàn)性地探索了以小尺寸非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試件(100mm×100 mm×300 mm棱柱體)評(píng)定抗折強(qiáng)度的可行性,并嘗試以這種試件折斷后的部分經(jīng)切割得到的邊長(zhǎng)100 mm的立方體試件評(píng)定抗壓強(qiáng)度。此外,還對(duì)比分析了小尺寸非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試件和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試件的強(qiáng)度評(píng)定結(jié)果,并考察了它們的相關(guān)性。以12種包括不同原材料和配合比的典型交通工程結(jié)構(gòu)混凝土作為考察對(duì)象。結(jié)果表明,所采用的非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)小尺寸試件能用于評(píng)定混凝土抗折強(qiáng)度和抗壓強(qiáng)度,由回歸分析得到的2種強(qiáng)度的相關(guān)性公式適用于文獻(xiàn)中的實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:At present, most of the relevant concrete technical standards and specifications are used to test the flexural strength with standard specimens. Such specimens are often larger in size [150 mm 脳 150 mm 脳 600 mm (or 525 mm 550 mm] and in mass of 2833 kg. The feasibility of evaluating the flexural strength of small size non-standard test pieces with 100mm 脳 100mm 脳 300mm prisms is explored experimentally. In addition, the compressive strength of the cube-shaped specimen with 100 mm side length obtained from the broken part of the specimen is evaluated. In addition, the evaluation results of the strength of the small non-standard specimen and the standard specimen are compared and analyzed. Taking 12 kinds of typical traffic engineering concrete including different raw materials and mix ratio as the object of investigation, the results show that, The non-standard small size specimens can be used to evaluate the flexural strength and compressive strength of concrete. The correlation formulas of the two kinds of strength obtained by regression analysis are applicable to the measured data in the literature.
