【摘要】:以高鋁粉煤灰為主要原料,高碳鉻鐵合金渣為輔助原料,采用高溫發(fā)泡法制備出一種新型粉煤灰隔熱耐火磚,并系統(tǒng)研究了助熔劑摻量、輔助原料摻量以及發(fā)泡劑種類等對隔熱耐火磚性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:借助于高溫發(fā)泡法,所制備出的隔熱耐火磚,其體積密度≤500 kg·m~(-3)、常溫抗壓強(qiáng)度≥6 MPa、1250℃下加熱永久線變化≤2%,是一種輕質(zhì)高強(qiáng)且低導(dǎo)熱的隔熱耐火材料。
[Abstract]:Using high alumina fly ash as main raw material and high carbon ferrochrome slag as auxiliary material, a new type of fly ash heat insulating refractory brick was prepared by high temperature foaming method. The effects of the amount of auxiliary raw materials and the kinds of foaming agents on the properties of insulating refractory brick are studied.
