鉻渣中六價鉻的浸出及還原試驗研究

【摘要】:提出了硫酸浸出—浸出渣水合肼還原的鉻渣解毒工藝,考察了相關因素對鉻渣中六價鉻去除率的影響,確定了鉻渣解毒優(yōu)化條件。試驗結果表明:在80℃下用硫酸浸出鉻渣,控制液固體積質量比8∶1,浸出終點pH為8.0左右,浸出時間120min,鉻渣中的六價鉻浸出率為76%;然后用水合肼還原浸出渣中剩余的六價鉻,水合肼加入量為浸出渣質量的0.06%,最終渣中水溶性六價鉻質量分數(shù)降至5mg/kg以下,達到排放要求。
[Abstract]:The detoxification process of chromium slag reduced by hydrazine hydrate from leaching residue with sulfuric acid was put forward. The influence of relevant factors on the removal rate of hexavalent chromium from chromium residue was investigated, and the optimum conditions for detoxification of chromium slag were determined.
